Loved the easy check-in. The hotel is near train station, which makes commuting with luggage easy. Overall a pleasant place to stay a couple nights.

The windows where not airtight so the wind was very loud at night. Otherwise an excellent place to stay a couple nights.

Everything is perfect, we arrived, checked in, and got our room, no chitchat or complication.

We arrived early and tried to check in early, no one at the desk, a phone number, we called and the person did not speak English.

Check-in was super uncomplicated via an iPad. I only stayed two nights, so this place was totally fine for that. It's close to the train station, which was very convenient for me. The room was small and nothing fancy to it but it served my purpose for a short stay.

It was a bit noisy and the curtains didn't block out the light so well.

    Nothing

I couldn't recover a room password. In a room so cold, hard to sleep. Bathroom is cold too. If you are a foreigner - avoid this hotel, run for your life from this hotel.

Self check in and out, so didn't see any staff during our whole stay. Everything was clean with good supplies of tea, toiletries etc, and the room was quiet and spacious. Good location as close to the station.

Very clean (both room and bathroom). Very comfortable bed (relatively hard mattress, which is actually much better than soft ones). Good location (short walking distance from the train station and bars / restaurants). What you need to know before you book (and this is neither positive or negative, but there's no "neutral" section and it would be unfair to list this as "negative): you get what you pay for. The price is low, and you get a room with bathroom and bed, all very clean. The room is VERY small - even for Japanese standards. Additional services are very limited (coin laundry, one common refrigerator in the corridor). There was an electric kettle but practically no place to put it on (no table or desk).

No staff; if you encounter problems or have questions there's nobody to ask. Security flaw: you need a PIN code to enter the hotel (which you get it when you book on-line) but the same PIN is printed and attached to the door so anybody can enter anyway... There's no TV; you get a monitor in the room with connection to some internet services, most of which are paid.

So close to train station and cafes and only 10 minute walk to outer shrine. Convenient that room access is via code on keypad, not a key..

single room was fine, generally comfortable, location was relatively easy to access the train stations

self check in, main problem was that there was no staff, so no real way to leave baggage if you arrive before the 16.00 check in, and nobody was there to ask

    Clean room.

No human being to check-in. Complicated to check-in if a Japanese doesn't help you in the street.
