We booked 2 rooms for 3pax each. Understand only 1 room available for each floor, pls inform me while checking in..then we can make decisions to move to another floor rather than squeeze ourselves in the room for 2. The rest was great

I didn’t realise that triple sharing for adults is allowed when I booked. It was suggested that I take 2 rooms for our family of 3.

Although still quite a walk to the Odori train station, it was a short distance to the dining and shopping street.

Not the most polite hotel concierge's I've met. Not rude but not very welcoming Also the facility didn't have a laundry service or a laundrette which I find it a bit of a shame for such hotel.

Our room is spacious and clean. Even though we bought a lot, we still had enough space to place our shopping bags—unlike the typical hotel rooms in Japan, which are usually very small. The hotel is very close to the shopping street and within walking distance to everything.

The location was great. The bed was big and comfortable. However, I found the room dark, and the entrance was narrow. High quality toiletries were provided with a one ticket for a welcome drink, overflowing coffee, and ice cream at the lobby. Front desk officers were nice and helpful. However, the guy at the bar wasn’t friendly at all. Communication was hard and didn’t even apolize when I told him that he put too much lime juice in my coke.

Cleanness, Facilities, how big the room is. Normally, hotel in Japan will be quite small and compact. But we stay in twin-bed room and it’s also has a small living corner with sofa as well. The house keeper will do the cleaning every 3 days.

The rooms were so dark. Why paint the rooms dark brown/black, hard to see anything. The ice cream and coffee were only available until 6.00 pm. Why was that? Everybody loves an ice cream after dinner before bed. The lobby sitting area turned into a breakfast only area in the morning. I would have liked to sit somewhere in the morning while my family slept, but the only other spot was right in front of reception. I would have liked a dedicated sitting area in the hotel for all hours.

Hitting a wall of smoke upon entering the hotel. I asked if it was non smoking as this was a booking criteria. I was assured by staff it was. The problem continued and we realised that the smokers room was located off the lobby. I would not consider the hotel non smoking.

Location was great, easy walk to Odori Park and shopping areas. Rooms well appointed

Very centrally located and very clean. Friendly and welcoming hotel staff. Beds were quite large for two singles and had two pillows per bed (which was very appreciated!). Great for our two day stay.
