The views of Fuji were great from our window and the staff were great and friendly.

Not much to do here at all apart from look at mt Fuji.

1. Security concerns. No door lock or key for Main gate, Main door and room door, 2. Poor facilities. Many rooms only 1 toilet and 1 bathroom including watching messing in there 3. Very poor or no staff service. Lazy host. No towels provided, 5 diff rubbish bin for diff items And many more to complain

Futon sleeping was excellent. Wonderful view for Fuji mountain directly from futon.

There is nothing to complain about.

Great view of Mount Fuji

Amazing and comfortable place to stay. I had a very nice view of mount fugi. There are restaurants and convenient store close by.

The room was cozy with an amazing view of Mt Fuji. The staff were very friendly and helpful, booking us taxis and also a bus to Tokyo which made our day. Close to many restaurants and walking into town, Fuji Speedway just a short taxi ride away. It was nice to have a more traditional stay from the western style hotels of the rest of our Holiday.

No curtains had the room quite lit at sunrise, but a good reason to start the day.

Traditional design of room. Futon😍. Amazing view ( Be careful Fuji-san very shy, we sow it only once in 3 days). Self check in and check out. Everything in walking distance ( restaurants, combini, bus stations)

The place was near restaurants, we had many options (like Starbucks and Sagami). The view was nice, we could see Mount Fuji from our room. Very traditional Japanese room.

Very far from the station and if you're traveling with luggages and arrive late at night, it would be inconvenient due to the bus schedule. You can use taxi but it's going to be quite expensive.

Nice location, restaurant, Daiso, pharmacy nearby. Able to see mt Fuji outside the hotel. Can see it from window if you stay in high floor. Self check in and out, convenient

Nil. Or it is a bit difficult for an old couple to sleep in Japanese style bed... Futon bed...

absolutely nothing

it was an ancient rundown dump in a crappy neighbourhood. the amenities were almost nonexistent, the bed very uncomfortable, the heater stank of mold.

Loved the tatami room and ease of comunicating with the staff.

May not be easy to get here by public transport depending where you are coming from.

You can experience traditional japanese sleep dwelling. We love the tatami mats and the simple clean look of the place. You can look out the windows and see Mt. Fuji! It is also close to numerous restaurants. We love that Denny's was just across the road.
