The entire cleanliness is quite good, just a few hairs in the jacuzzi and the towels have little bit of dust.

Location is great, just few mins from the train station. The owner is very nice and recommended us what to do nearby. There's jacuzzi and tatami too!

Great location right next to the station. Very convenient for a mount Fuji hike. The place is quite spacious and has a lot of amenities (pretty much everything you could potentially need). Staff was very nice. Thank you!

Prompt replies to questions. Clear instructions. Good wifi. Location easy to find and within 5 mins walk from Gotemba station. Gorgeous view of Mount Fuji from the west facing windows. Really inspiring to be able to see Mount Fuji through your window immediately when you wake up. Good locations for food nearby. Easy to access the Gotemba Premium Outlets. We were able to easily get a bus from Gotemba Bus Station to go Lake Yamanaka, Oshino Hakkai and Lake Kawaguchi for great views of Mount Fuji, local culture and natural scenery.

Clean comfortable, but dated apartment, with breathtaking views of Mt Fiji on a clear day. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Gotemba station where you can pick up buses to the Hakone area on one side and the Mt Fuji area on the other. There are a few restaurants nearby but we preferred to use the large supermarkets within a short walk of the apartment.

The nearest 7-11 at the gotemba station closes quite early so we had to walk to a further one about 200m metres away.

Really has the best view of Mt Fuji! Though it was raining and extremely cloudy the first two days, we managed to finally catch a glimpse of the Mt Fuji with no clouds blocking it on the last morning that we checked out and really loved the gorgeous view. The place was really well equipped and clean too! I love how the beds and pillows were very high quality. The location was also amazing and was close to many authentic and local izakayas that we had the pleasure to visit and also ate one of the most affordable sushi and sashimi there. Generally an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this for anybody who wants to visit the Yeti snow resort or the Gotemba outlet!

The Host was very nice and understanding. Even giving us Options for activities to do there and helping us planning a Trip. In the end she gave us umbrellas for our further journey because there was a Taifun coming and it was very rainy
