It's a great place for it's cost! Above our expectations! Host was very kind, place is clean, cabins are cozy (mixed dormitory), there is shower, coffee machine, snacks, bicycles 👍 and host helped us a lot with information how to get to Fuji San for sunrise 🌄, where to find bus at 3am. It was very helpful! We had a great night stay and a great hike on Fuji San! Thank you so so much! Highly recommend this place for hikers!

Nearly perfect Good location Brilliant view Plenty of free item( Snacks, Tea, Ear plugs, Masks, Lantern for the third floor, bikes etc.) Nice price It is the best hostel I’ve even been to.

The only thing I would say is the wooden ladder of the mixed dormitory. It’s kinda sharp and always hit my feet when I walk down. Probably adding some soft cover will help!

They helped me planning my hike for mt.fuji, with the bus and train rides and even with the weather. The free bike are perfect to cicle the lakes or just buy food in a store. The terrace has a perfect view for mt.fuji.

The AC is a bit cold in the room and no remote there.

The best place to stay after strolling around fuji.have a nice rooftop so that you can chill and enjoy the sunrise view of fuji

The views of Fuji from the roof terrace are amazing! The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, plus there are bikes to use for free.

Great view of Mount Fuji from Rooftop and unlimited snacks available with coffee. Also rent free bicycles available to ride in kawaguchiko.

I looked for the following criteria when booking this accommodation: 1) Shortest walking distance for public transport 2) Low cost compared to others Both were fulfilled. We basically only used the room for sleeping. It is 10 min walking from Kawaguchiko Station with local train and bus. We were coming by train from Matsumoto and going to Shinjuku by bus from there. The guest house has a nice rooftop with view on Mt. Fuji and free bikes. We used them to go around the Kawaguchi lake which was a good decision (took 3h with some stops).

Stayed in a Japanese style room with futons which were very comfortable. The shared bathroom facilities were really clean and well equipped. They had free bike hire, tea and coffee facilities as well as snacks. View of Mount Fuji from the rooftop is amazing. Staff very friendly. Would happily stay again.

Loved everything! The beds were comfy, the room was beautiful, the roof was fun, and the snacks/coffee were delicious. My son had a great time playing on the roof. About a 10 minute walk to the main street. Lots of good food options within walking distance.

Beautiful place. The kindest staff, the best facilities, the cleanest dorms. Free snacks, tea, coffee available at all times. The view of Fuji from the rooftop is unimpeded and perfect. Having high quality bikes available for free throughout your stay - given the high cost of bike rental elsewhere in town - is the cherry on top of the cake. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. When leaving they stored my bags free of charge also. At this price, it's phenomenal value. Highly, highly recommended.

Absolutely nothing

Fuji-san views were great! Staff was excellent and the facilities were clean and modern. Snacks and bicycles were very welcome. The 'room'/capsule/bed was bigger and more comfortable than I expected.

Unfortunately, it does get pretty warm in the capsule/bed. The mixed room's AC wasn't very strong and, maybe because my bed was the furthest down, it didn't really reach my bed, especially once I drew the curtains... I run warm when I sleep so I did wake up with a layer of sweat on me...

Great facilities, clean, beautiful view, free snacks and coffee/tea, amazing hosts.
