The staff was amazing and provided us with a unique experience, they help set up the bbq, a surprise birthday cake for our friend and also promptly checked the facilities after I had checked out and left something behind despite it being past midnight

The done smells a little bit dirty. The window was a little bit dirty and the view was altered.

We stayed in the Dome. The separate toilet is not ideal during cold nights. Also, we could feel the springs of the bed. Expected comfier beds for this price.

The view is amazing! But it highly depends on the weather. We were blessed with good weather on the first day and clouds on the next day. (Photos taken when there was sun and minimal clouds) The property is great if you are into technology. Otherwise, it is of no use.

The couches and blanket had some stains, but overall the place was clean.

Our trailer room was clean and comfortable. The common area patio here offers a huge panoramic view of Mt. Fuji, above the surrounding buildings. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood, but walkable to the train station and shops. The room also has a stovetop and some basic cooking capabilities, so it was nice to be able to cook our own dinners as surrounding restaurants all looked very busy. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Great location, even if you have to walk a bit to the lake and bus station. Great view of Mount Fuji from the upper deck, inside the property. We stayed in one of the Trailers, so we had no view from our room (only looking the parking lot haha) but just stepping outside we could already see Mount Fuji. It was a self check-in/out system, which worked perfectly. If you are driving there, there is also parking space right in front of the trailer, so that's a big plus. Worth the stay.

Despite the heater via the aircon which was great, it still got cold throughout the night so will recommend alot of layers if you are coming here during the colder periods.

Stayed here during early March at the Dome Tent. It was super pretty and the facilities were great and comfortable for 2A2C. They had heaters in the bathrooms, projector with youtube, free BBQ gas stove, microwave and all the utensils you need. Just that you needed to find a staff member to communicate to about the BBQ and we were lucky to spot him when we came at check in time. Staff member was super friendly and helpful.

Location is quiet, great view, fresh air with BBQ, Sauna facilities plus the toilet and bathroom are seperated. Projector Screen , Fast WiFI speed, mini equipped kitchen and free parking just outside the living trailer.
