Staffs cant speak English. But they are very nice and friendly. They gave us a very good service. Breakfast is delicious!

NO LIFT: We stayed at the top (4th) floor which is a challenge after a long hard day of snowboarding. There is no instruction on how to operate the gas heater. We stayed in room 405 which had 5 beds, those who sleep furthest away from the door and gas heater might felt a little cold in the middle of night.

Simple but nice breakfast; very important before a day of snowboarding. The beds are soft with enough support, duvets and blankets are thick and warm. We all had good night sleeps. Washing machine and dryer are easy to use with clear instructions. Toilets are shared between rooms so it is very important to stay clean, I am glad the staff did an excellent job on that.

A lift would have been nice, but I was only on the third floor so can't really complain ☺️

It had quite a chilled vibe, was more like a hostel rather than hotel which was fine. Shared toilet and Japanese style bathroom facilities which was as described in the booking but not really my preferred choice (as a shy Brit). Although it was no problem in the end. It was a long uphill walk from the bus station but then ideally located for several slopes, restaurants, bars and ski hire. It also had a large communal space including food making facilities, vending machine and coin operated laundry. The room was warm with a nice view of the slopes. The one member of staff that seemed to be running the operation was helpful.

The only thing we don't like is no private toilet in the room.

The location is excellent for skii / snowboard, we can do snowboarding immediately outside the hotel.

It's about 12 minutes walking from the bus terminal station. But it's very close to the Best rental shop and the cable station.

Breakfast is very delicious and starts at 7:30 AM. They offer yogurt, soup, bread, rice and curry, bacon, sausage and salad. You will find a lot to eat! The room is very clean and tidy.

Breakfast was ok. Same each morning. But I'm not a big breakfast eater so it was fine. Lots of coffee. Shared kitchen/ common area if you wanted to cook orleave food inthe refrigerator/freezer.

The location was perfect. Right next to the gondola, a short 1 minute walk. I skied to the G Square entrance after an awesome day on the slopes. There's a few bar/restaurants right next door. My room overlooked one of the runs. I could see the lifts and gondola from my room. Spacious bedroom with shared bathroom and sink just outside. Onsen downstairs. Dry room to leave my boots and snowboard overnight. Walking distance from the Bus terminal and the shops.

- The location was quite far from the Zao Bus Terminal (~750m) and with the snow, my friends and I struggled a lot just to bring our luggages up. - Found a live spider in the room - You can only refill your water bottles during breakfast. Otherwise, you have to spend about 140 yen for a plastic bottle of water at a vending machine in the hotel.

- Helpful staff as one of them helped us with the kuroneko yamato waybill for shipping our luggages to our next hotel in Osaka. - There were dedicated areas for you to collect your delivered luggages or put your luggages for delivery (with the waybill) in the lobby. - Clean toilets despite it being shared. - Room was also quite spacious. - Location is next to Zao Heim Ski School. - Ski area is in front of the hotel.

Everything! Very cozy and the location is perfect just next to the godola ! Friendly staff as well. Love the kitchen which you can make your own food when lazy going out to the restaurant. Also love their public snow boots at reception, even have 3 size options, that's really thoughtful!
