Hotel conveniently located downtown, just across train and bus station, with tram stop also nearby. Most attractions are walking distance or just a short bus/tram ride. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Comfortable room.

Room is not cheap, but food choice at breakfast is very limited and the quality of the food is not that good. Orange juice is mixed with powder! Not nice! Quite disappointed!

Room is spacious! Staff is friendly, quick check-in and check-out. 15 mins walk to the walking streets. Hotel parking is nice and you can drive in and out during the stay.

There was nothing much around the hotel; restaurants,etc. no English tourist info.

Location was across from the station so it was convenient and resulted in no extra transportation costs. Room was more spacious than previous single hotel rooms in Tokyo. Shower was great. The nearby tram is good to to the shopping arcade for restaurants.

The hotel was a bit dated and the room was a bit on the small side.

Great location as it is across from the jr station and only a couple of blocks to the shopping district and restaurants. The breakfast was full of yummy Japanese morning foods.

Maybe it was a little far to walk to Kochi Castle while trying to save energy for everything else we want to do.

Great view over Kochi Station for a 4 night stay. Parking for our rental car easy right next door. A full size supermarket 100m away and a Lawson just around the corner.

we accidentally booked a smoking room for three nights and could not change because of busy season. totally our mistake but flavoured our overall experience of the hotel. the stale smoke smell on our floor was not good.

The tumble dryer in the laundry room didn't work as well as hoped - our clothes were still a little moist after an hour of drying.

The location is exceptional! Right in front of the station, close to the city centre as well. We had a comfortable 2-night stay in the tidy, well-kept rooms. We left our luggage at the reception before & after check in/out, allowing us to roam freely.

Like many Japanese hotels - control over room temperature was not possible. Quite warm.

Great location directly opposite the station. Easy access to the rest of Kochi by cute trams. Staff on the front desk are friendly and helpful. It is a very Japanese hotel. Inspiring breakfast room.
