    Really liked the location and facilities were nicely designed and comfortable.

    I liked it all. It was unusual though to not have a person check us in in person.

    The room is spacious and comes with a small kitchenette that we can wash the children's bottles and utensils. Very clean and comfy. The hotel actually sits on an old site that i think is more than 800 years. Also located very near the shopping street and Kaguraden Temple.

    You have to be comfortable to do check in on your own. There are no service staff there. And they only provide one key.

    We like the easy entry and nice smell of the hotel. The rooftop access is great. Staff were fantastic and friendly. The bed was tall so we were able to tuck our luggage underneath. Room was spacious and love the variety of warm lights.

    lack of luggage holding and no laundry service. We did not like how the AC unit was blowing air directly above us as we slept.

    Great location, right on the main strip and about 5 minutes from both the shrine and shopping street. Very clean and comfy with good personal amenities. Nice and quiet room, well insulated from outside noise. Ability to watch Netflix on the TV.

    Not much, just that the room was smaller than appeared in photos and was a bit difficult with a large suitcase and stroller.

    Bigger signage would be easier to find. But it is located at a good spot near the old street of Kamakura, easy to asses to food.

    Clean, comfortable and spacious. Located close enough to Komachi-dori street, but far away enough to avoid the noise. There is a bus stop is right outside the hotel entrance where we could take a bus to Hokokuji bamboo temple.

    Hotel informed that luggage deposit is not available as there is no staff around - this is true, but hotel could have added that there are lockers available on the upper floors so that we could have stored our luggages there while waiting to check in.
