Loveliest hosts ever, stayed late so they could check us in, gave us complimentary coffees the next morning, recommendations of things to do & places to eat. Rooms were excellent, we had four people, two in dorms two in single rooms, both were great, clean & cozy. Location is unbeatable, on the beach with a gorgeous view. Price was great for all rooms.

Amazing view of the ocean (just a few steps away), with a double rainbow (because it had recently rained), and spinning windmill in the background. Included access to laundry machine, free items in the fridge, general access to the whole house were great to have. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Wished I could have stayed another day to enjoy the cafe and watch the sunset when it wasn't cloudy.

I only briefly met the owners, but they were very friendly and the place was very well organized and clean. By bad luck, I stayed on the day of the week their cafe was closed. By good luck, I had the wide cafe view of the sea to myself.

I am a warm sleeper and had a little trouble getting cool enough, though the AC seemed to be working well.

The place is right along the coast with a beautiful view! It has a nice connected cafe and the owner/staff were very friendly. The cost was very reasonable and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!

Honestly there really wasn't much I didn't like about this place. I knew exactly what I was getting into when I booked it. If you are not a fan of shared bathrooms and showers this isn't your place BUT if that doesn't bother you and you want to have an amazing stay with a sunset and great food and people, here it is.

I chose this location because it was right off the water. I was on an overnight bicycling trip and wanted someplace affordable and clean. This far met my expectations. The Food in the cafe was incredible, I would recommend the cafe even if you don't stay there. The owners were amazing. My Japanese is not as good as it should be but we communicated well. I enjoyed the conversations with them, I felt very welcome staying there. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an overnight or a weekend along the Masuda coast. I am looking forward to going back.

Incredible location nestled right by the sea, boasting a charming interior where the owner runs a delightful restaurant. Despite my brief stay, I am already eager to return. Highly recommend for both accommodation and exploring Masuda city!

It’s a beautiful place to stay. Wonderful view of the sea, there are some little beach nearby, a bus stop near the accommodation. The dormitory is very clean, the shared kitchen is clean too and well equipped. You can also wash your clothes for free! The owners are very kind, helpful and welcoming ! Thank you for this stay I enjoyed it a lot. :)

Everything was great! It's the perfect place if you're looking for some relaxation and peaceful days. The hostel is located immediately at the sea. You can sit on the patio and enjoy the view and calming waves of the ocean. Both, the guesthouse and the café are beautiful and the owners are wonderfully kind and welcoming. There is also a kitchen which can be used by the guests.

The location was beautiful, by the sea. Very accessible by car, don't know about public transport. The hosts were great and even though they did not speak English, made good conversation with us. Definitely recommended!
