We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe common room kitchen area was a little disheveled and the common bathrooms needed tidying up (which happened just after we checked in).
The location is west of the main city and in the quiet countryside. You definitely need a car but it's a great location to go exploring the areas west of Koriyama. The accommodations are simple and utilitarian and comfortable. You need to know some Japanese and/or be handy with translation apps if staying here. Really nice sento (public bath) in lieu of showers in your room.

Lovely staff who tried their best to accommodate me. The room was spacious with a big screen and aircon. Ofuro was available, which was a nice surprise as almost everywhere I went the bath was never in use.

United KingdomThe location was good and the owner was very helpful although we had a communication problem ( we don't speak Japanese and he didn't speak English) The place was fine and good value but there were things I thought would be there like towels, and a tap in the room that weren't - probably my fault for not checking. Overall an ok experience.
