The house was a little bit out of the way which was nice as it meant that it was quiet but meant that we had to get a taxi a few times but they were cheap so it wasn’t an issue. And actually when I say a bit out of the way, it was a 15 min walk to the train station and 20 minutes to the Umeda Sky Building so not miles out.

The property was very clean and very well equipped. The instruction booklet was very helpful and we were able to use the air con and do our washing easily. There was a lot of space in the house which was really nice. The instructions for arriving and leaving were very clear.

Stairs are very steep inside the property.

Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Two bedroom upstairs have double bed with TV. One downstairs is relatively smaller but has got double bed as well.Location is good. Communication with property owner was quick.Clear instructions were provided for check in and property address

The pillows were a little firm and the stairs a little steep but apart from that, we couldn’t fault it in any way.

It has everything you need, even umbrellas and a filtered water dispenser! It was comfortable, spacious and the driver who brought us here from the airport (recommended by host) was exceptional! He waited over two hours, as we were delayed at customs, and he was so kind and courteous.

The guesthouse was beautiful and the attention to detail and all the extras provided made our stay exceptional. Easy access, walking distance, to Umeda station and shopping district. We’ll definitely be back and cannot recommend this property more highly - felt like home with all the care and extras provided(kitchen, bathroom and laundry extras that we didn’t see anywhere else throughout Japan).

Slight walk to station but house was good so was ok. Could use bikes if wanted to. Great spot in Osaka.

Great set up. Great kitchen. Heating was good. Bikes available. Good and convenient station on Osaka.

A little far from the subway station it takes about us fifteen minutes to get there. And only one bathroom is available (toilet)

Large spaces of the guest house, Well decorated house and furnitures. It is even more excited that the house has three bedrooms and several hand washing places

The staircase is very steep and it can be a bit noisy with the other buildings nearby including what I think was a carpark with lots of cars coming and going. It is worth noting there is only the one bathroom which is downstairs.

Good location and very comfortable accomodation. The beds were comfortable and the communication from guesthouse Nakatsu was very good and clear. For those who don't want to eat out all the time there is a well appointed kitchen with pots/pans and crokery.

The stairs were extremely steep and there were not enough towels (also they were tiny)

Beds were very comfy, a lot of 24hr drink vending machines were just outside the house, the playstation was great for chilling at night, the shower was very good, and having a washer-dryer was so handy.

Would have been perfect if closer to the station, but as I said, it didn't really bother us.

This guest house is so spacious by Japanese standards. After a holiday of cramped quarters, our family of 5 revelled in the space. It is well equipped, clean, wonderful value for money and the owner is very responsive and supplies all the info you need. While the walk to the station takes about 20 minutes, it didn't really bother us (and we have 3 kids under 12). In fact we opted to walk to the station after check out as it was easier then having to call two taxis. Highly recommend if you don't mind walking.

Difficult to find - needs a new direction to get there plan

The stairs are a bit steep and not easy to walk. There is only one toilet and bathroom, which is inconvenient if there are too many people.

Heating equipment. The host is enthusiastic and responds quickly to messages.

It was a little far away from the metro, but mostly we enjoyed the walk.

The space was perfect for our family of four, plus my mother who was traveling with us. The room on the ground floor was perfect for her, as she was unable to climb the steep stairs. We loved all the ‘extras’ the property had: maps, washing machine, with soap!, umbrellas and food supplies.
