Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe requested a non smoking room, but it did definitely smell like someone had smoked in the room previously. Annoying for those who have allergies as well as staying here with a baby.
We booked here for one evening while our son had a planned surgery at St Luke's across the street. We are in the area often for medical appointments and this seems to be one of the nicest places you could stay in this area. We loved having the skyline view of the city to unwind our nerves the night before the procedure. We even saw a fireworks display out in the distance, which was a nice surprise.

SloveniaFor a 4* rating of the hotel it could be much better, at least when it comes to cleaning. I was given a room, which was probably a smoking room at some point, because the smell still could be felt. Also the staff was not really trying to change the room, since they claimed every room was taken (but they had some keys ready for the next clients, who were not there yet). I worked as a receptionist before, and I know you are able to change the room, if you want to.... They suggested as a group we could change in-between ourselves.
The view is worth the price. It's a million dollar view. But the hotel, service and rooms are definitely not worth the price. Too expensive for what hotel has to offer.

Room was spacious but clearly old - no usb ports for phone and plugs at unusual places. Location maybe good for businessmen but not for tourists.
