Regarding the kitchen facilities, as we operate as a hotel, there are safety regulations that prevent us from providing kitchen access to guests. This is why we do not offer utensils or kitchen equipment in the rooms. As is common in central Tokyo, space is limited, and we strive to maximize both functionality and comfort within the available area. Our bathroom sizes are in line with typical standards in Japan, and we aim to provide a pleasant and efficient space for all our guests. In regard to elevator access, please allow us to clarify that a standard passenger elevator is available for most room types in our hotel. The room you reserved, as noted in our booking information, is located in a section that does not have elevator access—only a dedicated luggage lift, which our staff is always happy to operate and assist with. Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that we did NOT charge you any additional fees during your stay. When you came to the front desk to report the issue, we noticed that the shower was not working properly. We kindly asked what had happened, and you mentioned that you had to force the knob to pull it up. We immediately did our best to assist you and contacted our maintenance team to fix the issue as quickly as possible. Regarding the language barrier, we did our best to explain the situation, but we understand there may have been some misunderstanding, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion caused. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope we can provide a better experience if you decide to visit again in the future.
