it's located in redlight district, I mean those people on street doesn't really bother you, but I have small children, it's still doesn't feel right out pass 6pm, also one bathroom has terrible smell, but I think it's plumbing, nothing they can fix, so we put up with it never complained

love the set up for the room, nice facial care products, good hair dryer, love that you can borrow NINTENDO and kitchenware, we had a lot of fun playing games in room

There were crows outside and along the street in the morning.

The best apartment hotel in Nagoya. The room was big and comes with a kitchen. We also liked that the room did not need hotel keycards and you just enter passcodes. This is very convenient. The room also had an air purifier, lobby door had a lock feature when it is late which made us feel safe. Although it is located beside restaurants/bars, it felt safe and konbinis are near. Walking around Sakae area was easy. Also considering the language barrier, staff had adequate English speaking skills in fact, when my daughter needed medical help, the hotel staff assisted us well. Laundry machines are available at the lobby as well. We hope to be back :)

Located in red light district so it was a bit dirty surrounding the hotel but it was close to everything else.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was located in a central location in Sakae, but this seemed to be a night life area so was quite noisy on the streets at night. The room was well equipped and comfortable for a family of 5.

Not the prettiest of areas but central to everything. The beds were comfortable. The room is not as large as some other family style apartments we had stayed in & had we had our luggage with us it would have been cramped. The staff were outstanding !

It is near to night clubs . We see many men standing along the opposite street every night.

The place is clean and can accommodate big families. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel has plenty of USB points, provide Dyson curler, hair dryer, oven, coffee machine , heater in the toilet and room, and filtered water for drinking.You can get body cream,body wash cloth,cotton wool,coffee capsule,pajamas, comb and tooth brush near the counter

In a sketchy location with alot of clubs around. Wasn't comfortable walking around with children at night. Bed was abit too soft for my liking.

The staff are very friendly & helpful. The location is great, in a very popular night club area, you don’t hear any road noise & we felt very safe arriving later in the evening. ¥20 taxi ride from the train station.

The area was a bit sketchy at night. Not dangerous by American standards, but probably there were streetwalkers and a ton of host clubs nearby, which is "rough" for Japan. It wasn't as close to the main station as I'd have liked.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Amenities were good. Everything was clean and they had more than one elevator. Easy to walk to most of major tourist attractions and restaurants from the location.

The hotel is located in an area with restaurants, drinking pubs and karaoke. Just be aware of the surroundings if you go out after 8pm

Amenities were self serviced and guests took only the necessary. Rooms were spacious, good for families. I appreciate the long sofa and table. Amazing for a no- frills hotel to provide a foot massager in the rooms.

The location...not just a night club area, but an "adult" night life area, the building opposite is full of hourly visitors and men in groups guard the clubs and corners, this went on all night until 7-8 am. Very intimidating, the kids, even teens weren't allowed out to shop even, the taxi driver warned us as he dropped us off also that it wasn't a safe area.

The rooms were amazing. Super clean, staff were 10/10 accommodating to us and being english only speaking guests. We had 3 rooms for our big family, all different styles, all amazing designs. Coin aundry machines in the foyer. Before the night life started we had dinner and the local restaurant owners were so welcoming.

Unfortunately the neighbourhood was not very nice at night. There were many night clubs around the hotel and at night there were girls waiting for clients and lots of rubbish the morning after.

The room was spacious and as described. The family room was large and well equipped. There is no breakfast at the hotel but there's a kitchen in the room. The staff was nice and helpful.

Location of the hotel may not be suitable for young families

The hotel has a laundry room located in the lobby of the hotel, the amenities provided in the room were superb and the room is very spacious for a family of 3. Hotel staff are friendly and able to converse in english.

The distance from the subway station is around 10-12mins walk.

The bathroom and toilet was huge and clean. The staffs were helpful and friendly. Will stay again if we visit Nagoya.

the hotel location is not really suitable for families with kids and young ladies. It is quite lousy at night and seems not safety.

The hotel location is near to the heart of the Sakae. Everywhere could be reached in a few minutes. A lot of eating and shopping places.
