Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IsraelI felt like the room was a bit small (i booked the Executive floor room, which i thought/expected to be a bit extra compared to a regular room) but oh well, i would still recommend the hotel regardless. Just be warned, room size will be better for a solo traveler or maybe a young couple.
Value for money (at least in my booking) and the location! I didn't take with breakfast, so can't speak for that, but the location - damn it's good! Right on the main station and close to whatever you need. Subway? Covered. JR station? Covered. Daimaru? Covered. Underground path? Covered - even with straight access from the hotel. Can't beat that.

United StatesWe use the booking to order a triple room, but we were given a double room for some reason. They said that that was an issue with booking, and they were able to switch our rooms shortly after checking in.
Best. Breakfast. Ever. My friend and I literally picked this hotel because of their breakfast spread, and when we came back to the hotel later, there was an insane line for the lunch!! Rooms are small, but etiquette for a short stay. The staff was extremely kind and hospitable. And they have a great luggage sewing system in the lobby. If you need to keep your stuff there after you check out or if you arrive early.

United StatesThe rooms are a bit small for my American standards but me and my husband managed. We weren’t staying for very long so we didn’t have a lot of luggage anyway but it may be difficult for those with larger luggage.
It is right next to Sapporo Station and a couple blocks away from Odori Park. I loved how everything was within walking distance from the hotel. There’s also a lounge with free drinks and popsicles!

SingaporeRoom size, but it's not a big issue.
Excellent location with Sapporo station nearby, with plenty of shopping and food options. The room was clean and sufficient for a few nights' stay. I'm grateful that the staff met my booking request and appreciate the overall smoothness of the experience. Good value for money if you are visiting Sapporo.

SingaporeThe pack of space in 3 persons room.
I like the hotel location, friendly front desk staff (Umeda and Mark) who went the extra mile to help with my request. Keep up with the customer service :) Also like the lounge area with coffee machine, prepared cold drinks and microwave facility. Allow guests to rest and relax before going back to the space contraint room. There is also good selection of amenities for guests to pick.and choose what they need. Thankful for the water dispenser machine near our room at the end of corridor.

SingaporeLocation. It is right above the underground shops of Sapporo station. The lift is connected to B1, straight to the shops. The airport bus is just outside the hotel. Very convenient but it takes 1.5 hours to reach airport. Being the first stop, seats are assured and the cost is ¥1300 per pax.

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the Sapporo Train Station and is about 10-15 minutes walk to the main shopping mall. Lots of shopping and food around the hotel. The location is also very closed to the start of the day tours we joined. Friendly staff and good coffee from the guest lounge.

The staff are nice and smiley. They provide the toiletries such as comb, facial cleanser and many others. It will not be placed in the room. Pick it up at the hotel lobby on the 7th floor (choose what we need). The bed is comfortable but the blanket seems slightly worn out. We booked two rooms. One of the rooms has blankets with stains. We called and they came to change it quickly. It is just diagonally opposite Sapporo station. Very convenient. Ten mins walk to a shopping street. Very good location. There is a park nearby. Very beautiful
