I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience. The staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming, especially one blonde-haired employee who made us feel discriminated against. Her attitude was unfriendly and disrespectful throughout our stay. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the washing machine was filthy. Even after using it for an hour, our clothes still came out dirty. This level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.🤬🤬🤬

It was very near to Airport Bus station. Very handy when you have lots of luggages to carry. The checkin checkout process was very simple and fast. They have a little bar downstairs if you want to have a night cap.

The stairs going up to the main rooms. When you have luggages it was a little bit of a hassle. Although we just stayed for a few hours to say we didn't really like the experience . The beds are cushiony but it keeps moving . A little bit far from a convenience store but nothing really major concern.

Clean and comfortable. All the amentities you would expect. The staff and volunteers were lovely. The atmosphere is very relaxed and social. All the other guests staying there were very kind. A good mix between people staying there for holiday and those staying a bit more long term looking for permanent accomadation.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The bed in the dorm was in a little capsule and I slept way better than I expected. I think the capsule walls blocked sounds pretty well, but there were free earplugs too, just in case. The common room is inviting and cozy. The vibe when I stayed was really chill and many of the guests and staff became friends. Free coffee and tea

The freedom of movement in here. Equipped with a neat kitchen, I can cook some simple lunch or dinner. The private room with tatami has an attached toilet. The staff is helpful. Polishing his English would be great for travellers who need some advice.

Lovely vibe, staff were friendly, facilities were great and room was spacious and quiet. Dorm bed has enough room to get comfortable. Hostel was quiet enough that all facilities were available when needed. Bar apparently offers a free drink on arrival (which I didn't take) but it's a nice charm!

Location is a little out of the way. Train station is a 15 min taxi or 20 min bus away and a lot of Sapporo's main attractions are near the station. Sound also travels from the hostel bar so if there's loud music or singing, you'll definitely hear it if you're trying to sleep.

Hostel was very well run and the place was kept very neat and clean. The capsule bed was very comfortable especially the crisp clean bedsheet and quality comforter. Check-in is fuss-free and you can even leave your luggage here for a few hours after check-out. Spacious living room and kitchen promote good interaction amongst people who stay there. People are friendly and welcoming. Besides free coffee, the hostel also provides free slippers and home-made barley. Overall, a pleasant experience for me.

There seems to be no lights-off hour and it can be difficult to sleep if people keep walking in and out of the room. The curtains for the capsules can be quite noisy when we draw the curtains for privacy.

The common space of the kitchen/dining is cute. There are pictures and messages from past guests, and it shows you the potential of the place. The bathroom and shower rooms were clean. There are two of each, and I only used the female toilet and one of the showers, so I'm not sure how the others were.

Because check out is at 11am, if you weren't already awake by then, you'd be woken up by the cleaning of departed guests' beds. It is nice seeing them pat down the futons. I stayed on the bottom bunk, and there's a gap at the wall so your area is lit up if the top bunk uses their lamp. There is a gap at where the curtain at the foot of the bed is too, so anyone can peek into your bunk while passing by. The top bunk or closer to the window is probably superior in terms of privacy. There's only one washing machine, which also acts as a dryer. It's very time consuming, so if you want to use it, you have to be on the dot before anyone else takes it.

The staff are so friendly! I got invited to a little dinner hosted by a fellow guest and all the staff showed up and helped cook and set things up. Also, lots of space to store bags. The common room has lots of natural light and plenty of plugs to charge your devices while you study or work. Also, had the comfiest beds of any of my stays. I slept so well.

The guesthouse itself was awesome but it's pretty far to walk to different areas in the city and generally out of the way. I don't recommend bringing too many heavy luggages to the guesthouse since it's hard to get to while pulling your bags. Also, the facilities are up a steep flight of stairs, so you have to be careful coming up and down which is hard to do with a heavy bag.

The staff was super friendly! I traveled alone and was able to socialize with the other guests and staff at the bar! The whole guesthouse was very clean. The bed was very comfy with cotton sheets. The curtain blocked out outside light very well. I slept like a baby. I wish I could've stayed longer!

Good guest house, but further away from the center. Has everything you need. If you have the time, try the taco rice they sell in the bar downstairs. It was one of the tastiest things I've eaten so far. They also give you a welcome drink of Hokkaido cola down there as well.

There are only 2 showers and bathroom sinks, it might mean you'll have to wait a bit before you can use it.

the space is well arranged and bright, which creates a warm atmosphere; the toilets and showers are far from the rooms which allows you not to disturb anyone if you want to take a shower late at night or very early; there is access to a washer/dryer; the kitchen is nice; and most importantly: the bedroom doors close super silently! THANKS 🤗

the only thing that made me uncomfortable was having to touch the room door to enter/exit because it was blackened with dirt 😟 also, the women's dormitory smelled musty, it should have been ventilated during the day.
