The beds were very soft and as a couple we had to move them close to each other (they were 2 separate beds otherwise). Upon moving them it became clear that noone cleans behind or under the beds, so I did. The windows couldn't be open (up in the ceiling, out of reach) so the only way to air the room was to leave the door open. It was not a problem since we got the house almost only for ourselves, still not an ideal solution.

The house itself is amazing, good arrangement, spacious and well equipped kitchen and living room with a little patio. Fully equipped bathroom with a well-built and big enough tub. Silent, not touristy, and Kuro chan, the doggy is adorable. Also the colors were very nice. You feel home from the 1st moment.

Only set back is the place is closed from 10am to 1pm. The reason is likely for cleaning.

It was hard to find and a longer walk from the station then I expected. My GPS helped but not that well.

There was a super market along the way, i was able to pick up items for breakfast.

I stayed one night after visiting Fushimi Inari. And visited Uji the next day. Good location for visiting the southern area of Kyoto. Clean room (bigger than imagined) with standard public amenities. Nice staff and cute dog Kuro. 10-15 minutes walk from train station, quiet neighborhood. お世話になりました😊

Inside of the refrigerator and microwave were dirty and that kind of bothered me

The host communicates well in English and this helped during the stay. The accommodation and bathroom area were very clean and complete

I stayed a few days and the very pleasant landlord is up for chat and any question. His lovely dog Kuro is also worth mentioning. The room was very good overall, with enough space and a comfortable bed.

Clean rooms. Clean facilities. Felt safe. Stable wifi. Had a shared bathroom and kitchen, but it was clean and never encountered a moment where another individual needed that space. Would stay here again.

There is only one shower room to share with all guests. I never needed to use the shower at the same time as someone else but could pose potential problems for guests (also guests may feel uncomfortable sharing a shower room with members of opposite gender)

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Kyoto near an accessible train station. The common area was very nice and comfortable.

They close at 12, so it's not possible to walk around in the night (if you like doing so). The room is pretty and spacious, but there is not much privacy since there is 24h staff.

Extremely nice place and staff. The apartment is really clean and in great condition. Not far from the center (but not on a walking distance) and the neighborhood is quite.

Going to it from the nearest station was a little further than expected but not too bad.

It was a very clean and comfortable place. The kitchen is stocked with many appliances and cooking utensils if you intend to cook.

I have mixed feelings. The place was not clean nor dirty. The toilet, bed, the room itself were clean but if you would look closer for example to the fridge or to the toilet brush (that one was extremely disgusting) they would require more care. The main hall smelled after dogs. Overall it's still nice place to stay just proper cleansing would make it nicer.
