Wonderful access to the Tamatsukuri Onsen water. My skin felt so moisturised. What’s more the open air hotspring pools were so relaxing and peaceful, a boost to body and spirit. An additional plus point is that the hot springs stay open from 15:00 to 24:00 and re-open next morning from 05:00 to 09.30 to a different facing of the hotel, giving guests a change of scenery ( perspective). Loved the buffet breakfast. There is an amazing spread of local food including chicken, beef etc and sweets. Highly recommend this hotel.

United KingdomMy single bedded room (as booked) was fine apart from the fact that the window had obscured glazing as it overlooked a roof with ventilation shafts. This meant that it didn't really get any proper daylight.
Location was a good mid-way stop for me - and it made a change to have a bed rather than a futon! Onsen was great with an outdoor section as well. Dinner was thoroughly enjoyable.

Great money for value and hot spring facility. The public hot spring is large and has both indoor and outdoor bath. The price is very reasonable compare to its facility. The hotel provides shuttle bus service from and to JR station. One may also choose to walk from / to JR station as there is a walk path along the river.

FranceNice and very helpful staff. It's a 15 min walk from the station to the hotel, but they a have shuttle bus, you just need to contact them beforehand. Onsen is good, you can go as early as 5 am and up to midnight.

ChinaMy room has been constantly disturbed by noises all the time. So I turned off all the devices such as air conditioners and purifiers. However, after checking, the noises might not be coming from our room. The noise level measured was 37 decibels, which seriously affected our sleep. We contacted the staff at the front desk, but there was a significant communication barrier between us (this problem also occurred during meals. If the staff could use a mobile phone translation software, it would be better). The other party came to the scene to understand the noise situation and proposed to change rooms as a solution. However, we had a lot of luggage and were very tired, so we had no time to pack and change rooms. Therefore, we rejected this proposal. I used earplugs and sleeping pills to force myself to fall asleep, but in fact, I failed to do so throughout the night. This completely disrupted my schedule for the following day. As a foreigner, considering that I might not have the chance to come here again in the future, I booked two different types of hotels here. The other one is right next to this hotel and the price is less than one-third of this one. I didn't encounter a similar situation there. The experience here was too regrettable.
We are planning to spend our vacation at the Yuzao Hot Spring Resort, hoping to have a good rest. This hotel is the most expensive one in the entire itinerary of our trip to Japan. Therefore, we have high expectations. To be fair, the scenery, cuisine and performances here are all very distinctive. The staff are also very friendly and have left a deep impression on me. However, the most important thing - sleep - cannot be guaranteed. This really makes me feel dissatisfied.

United KingdomThe vegetarian meal which was provided for one of our group seemed to be more vegan than vegetarian and was not as creative or as satisfying as that provided at another hotel on the trip. The standard non-vegetarian menu however was excellent.
This was a luxurious treat and we all enjoyed it from the welcome by the general manager, the hot spring bath, the food, the room. One of our group had a massage which was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was an amazing buffet of Japanese and Western dishes. The hotel provided transport by shuttle bus to and from the hotel. Communications via booking.com worked well.

Top to bottom, I’m traveling 16 days, so far best ever. Old style Japanese Life music to so many choice , fancy dinner, great Onsen to its view. But one day to make other day to female , you can have even you stay a day, either morning or night It worth it every penny. Stay there two days. I did one but already scheduled other town, if you do , please try two days
