Excellent location (located right opposite a 7-11 where we bought ingredients to cook) and excellent facilities (comes with a full kitchen and we enjoyed cooking there!). Toilet was large and clean, bedding and sofa were comfortable, and when we drew open the curtains we had a clear unobstructed view of mount fuji! Would highly recommend this place to anyone

Really curious "room", the space is very well used and it's very well equiped. The location is also great, just in front of a convenience store and at 5 minutes on foot from the train station.

Unfortunately when I paid and was invoiced there were no contact phone numbers. Then for some reason I did not receive the entry code until the day after. Luckily the local tourist information people were able to source a contact number and someone came out to let us in. Very grateful to the tourist information people nearby.

We stayed in unit A, which is located next to a busy road. If road noise bothers you, I recommend requesting unit B.

The location is convenient, being close to Kawaguchi main rail station. A 7-Eleven is situated right across the road, which makes life easier. Mt. Fuji is right behind the 7-Eleven, adding a picturesque touch. The unit is clean and spacious.

Everything’s good! Near train station, opposite to the stay is a 7-11 which makes things convenient. They even have a dryer and washing machine inside the room! Highly recommended!

Very clean and tidy. The loft is so nice for our daughter . We can view the mountain from the property. 7/11 store is just cross the road very handy. The walking distance is just about 6 mins from the station.

The only thing that may have helped would be some local information on places to eat and local recommendations for things to do.

We loved the location. We could see Fuji outside the window, albeit the side window. The property was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Having a washing machine for halfway through our trip was fantastic. The hosts were amazing at accommodating our needs, and quickly responding. Even though it was on a main road it was quiet. We can't really fault it!

The vacuum cleaner wasn’t really working as it was not effective in vacuuming all the sand and hair even when we used strong mode.

Very convenient location, with 7-11 just across the road, and everything we need was provided. View of mt fuji was great.

Would have been nice to be given instructions on how to open up the futons into a bed. Thus ended up sleeping on the floor with thin padding. There was only thin curtains covering the window facing 7-11 so our room was quite bright at night making it a bit difficult to sleep.

Having a washer and dryer was great!

Maybe we could have had a little firmer pillows, but that’s just us, everyone is different.

The location was incredible, very clean space and comfortable. Everything was super accessible and close, the views were breathtaking.
