Response from staff was very slow. It took almost 24 hours to get their reply. They should provide clear instructions on how to access the correct entrance and the time for storing luggage before check-in and after check-out when the booking is confirmed.

The hostel is clean and the “capsule” is decently large enough. Unlike some reviews, I didn’t feel hot at night after pulling the curtain.

The common spaces are very small and the design felt a bit strange to me. The microwave and kitchen counter where you can make coffee is located at the sinks right at the shower rooms as an example. The toilets are accessible through another entry and are very tiny as well. The cramped space made it a difficult space to relax in, so I just went back to my capsule to chill.

Staff was friendly and helpful and you get free drip bad coffee every day as well as complementary items to make the stay more cozy. The hostel is cleaned extremely well and you can use the sauna and the free towels if you want. The place is right at Yokohama Chinatown, so if you want to explore that area, this is a very good option. The best thing about this hostel is the big sleep capsule equipped with many pillows, lights and a safe for your personal belongings.

Super convenient location. The place is very clean, and the capsule is a lot bigger than expected. The mattress was different from other hotels, but surprisingly, I slept very well and probably better than when I was in other private hotel rooms. The decor is very unique/qurkey and cozy. Overall, it is a very comfortable stay.

Quite expensive in my opinion. The common area is a bit small and it is right next to the capsules. I don’t like that the bathroom is outside of the locked door requiring a password. The elevator door will sandwich you if it closes in you unless you use force to open it. Bigger suitcases barely fit or can’t fit under the sofa, which is the luggage storage area.

Free sauna! I like the blend of western style design and background music with Chinese portraits hanging on the walls with the location being in Chinatown. The capsule is quite spacious and you can even fit your luggage in there. Sauna is nice with a cold bath. Common area is homey with quiet jazzey music playing. There are 2-3 cafe tables and one long sofa. Nice view of Chinatown. You get free discounts on some Chinatown restaurants.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable and I did find the layout of the whole accommodation a bit confusing.

Loved the decor and how there were cozy nooks to sit in in the sleeping areas. It was in Chinatown and very convenient.

Noise

The room service is pretty convenient, even including drip coffee. All the instruments are clean and the capsule is so private. Awesome. The atmosphere there is relaxed, with music and essential oils. There is a translation machine in the accommodation so don't worry about the language. But still some noises in the night if the hotel is full, and a little hot, it will bother you especially when going to sleep.

No place to safely store belongings, super noisy at night (sleep music playing in dorms (!), very loud fans/AC, loud electric door locks and people noisily coming and going all night). Also it got super hot in the capsules. Hot water and microwave are in the mixed dorm, so it‘s uncomfortable to use in the morning if you want to avoid waking people up.

Very clean capsule hotel with spacious beds and well equipped bathroom. Staff was very kind and helpful, I appreciated that they turned down the music after I‘d asked them!

During check-in, need to walk around the corner to the Sauna side of the place to see the receptionist.

Felt like climbing up to a railroad caboose. Used a towel to cushion my knees climbing off the top rung in to the “bunk”. Hot showers and clean bathroom. Nice view of Chinatown street view and very quiet facility. Stayed in the Woman’s dorm and felt very safe. Picked this place for close proximity to the cruise terminal. Google Maps gave excellent directions on various train routes from Tokyo. After checkout, walked to the Cup of Noodles Museum which was very enjoyable.

There was no fridge, the lounge area is directly outside the pods so it’s not really useable at night, and the blinds on the windows barely block out any light.

The place is very anonymous, there is next to no contact with the staff. The bedrooms were way too hot (Sauna after all..; ) ) With no good way to cool the room or your own capsule down. Getting to the toilets was a bit of a hastle, especially in the middle of the night. Because they were just outside the main part. Having to go into the hallway where the elevator is.

It is a bit of a walk to the train. Not too far--just know it will take some time. The lockers are very small and are only large enough for a phone or a passport.

This was a really nice hostel. The decorations, atmosphere, and staff were great. I enjoyed the sauna and the location. Very close to the Gundam statue.

Simply put, it doesn't feel at all like it's run with good management. Compared to some of the other hostels I stayed it seemed poorly managed. The bins would overflow during the day but it was no one's job to clean it. They play soft music during the day but they left it on one of the nights. Just feels a bit silly and run without much care. But it has great potential to get a higher review with some better management since the facilities were very nice. I was a bit annoyed that the sauna is not included and is very expensive otherwise. I probably would have known this if I read in detail, but it seems a bit misleading to offer "inn & sauna" without sauna

The sauna was amazing and exceeded my expectations. The decor was stylish and the capsule was larger than expected, complete with decorative pillows and a cute side table. Incredibly clean. The amenities were excellent and staff went out of their way to help in any way possible. Location couldn’t have been better. I also appreciated the security of the female dormitory.
