The hostel is clean and the “capsule” is decently large enough. Unlike some reviews, I didn’t feel hot at night after pulling the curtain.

Response from staff was very slow. It took almost 24 hours to get their reply. They should provide clear instructions on how to access the correct entrance and the time for storing luggage before check-in and after check-out when the booking is confirmed.

The place was very central in the city. The staff was helpful and the bathrooms were clean.

I could here someone snore very loud during the night, so the capsules are not very good isolated for sound. There are no lockers to put your luggage, but a small one fits inside the capsule or you can place them just outside beneath a couch.

This INN is near Yokohama Chinatown, is easy to reach. And the environment is very comfortable, you can use the public lounge area for eating or just relaxing.

- No space to rearrange luggage without waking others up - The PIN changes every day and the stuff forgot me to tell me the new PIN; I arrived late on the second night and thank god there was someone in to open the door for me; this part was very annoying

The dorm beds were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They had a nice setup inside to charge and keep your stuff or hang clothes. The sofa area outside the beds was also quite spacious to just sit and chill. It was smack in the middle of Chinatown and about a 5-10m walk from two stations. From Motomachi stations you can get direct trains to Shibuya, Ikebukuro areas on the Minatomirai+Tokyu+Fukutoshin line. Very convenient to reach places in Tokyo without a transfer.

It was clean, the staff helpful and there were free amenities that were very convenient.

Would've liked to have been able to choose a lower bunk😅

Staff was friendly and helpful and you get free drip bad coffee every day as well as complementary items to make the stay more cozy. The hostel is cleaned extremely well and you can use the sauna and the free towels if you want. The place is right at Yokohama Chinatown, so if you want to explore that area, this is a very good option. The best thing about this hostel is the big sleep capsule equipped with many pillows, lights and a safe for your personal belongings.

The common spaces are very small and the design felt a bit strange to me. The microwave and kitchen counter where you can make coffee is located at the sinks right at the shower rooms as an example. The toilets are accessible through another entry and are very tiny as well. The cramped space made it a difficult space to relax in, so I just went back to my capsule to chill.

i liked the staff they had a very good translator that was easy to understand and the room was good it hade space on the side for luggage and the location was perfect only minus was th shower was wierd at first but when you get used to it its good
