Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The breakfast was excellent. There was a great variety of food and drink options. The food was tasty and refilled regularly and it was nice having 3 cooked items at the kitchen serving area to choose from. The buffet areas were kept extremely clean and the tables and chairs were sanitized straight away when the people were finished. All the staff at reception and the breakfast area were very polite and helpful. Our room and bathroom were spacious and well maintained and nice and quiet. The hotel was in a great location.

New hotel, with auto-check-in, unfortunately they could not find my booking. After a wait, they eventually found it, and due to shortage of rooms, received an uprgade. Very comfy bed, good bathroom facilities, free high speed wifi, easy to log on to. Due to late check-in and early checkout, unable to sample food. Good location close to Yokohama CBD.
