I found quite a bit of black hair in my room (I'm blonde..)

The location was great - very close to Hiroshima station. Check-in was easy and uncomplicated. All information was provided in English. They provided towels, tooth brushes, razors, etc.

I did not expect much due to the low price. The hotel was completely fine and the check in procedure was smooth (even without any staff). It was not a palace, but I did not pay for one anyways. Bunk beds were nice.

Checking in at 4pm is so late especially as check out is 10am. Room is quite small and the bed isn’t very big but that’s Japan.

My private room was very spacious and double bed was very comfy. The location was perfect with a short walk to the station and to the main centre where the Peace Memorial Park is located.

Comfortable room and good facilities. Free tea and coffee available. Easy no person check in and check out. Decent location and good value for money.

Good location and clean room, everything was provided including toiletries, slippers and towels. The hotel was quiet and easily accessible, deffinitely reccommend it for a few days stay!

The mattress was a little soft for my taste, and the room is a little tight. The bedroom door locks automatically so leaving the one keycard inside can be a headache.

Great location, easily reachable by tram from the station. Or around a twenty minute walk. Check in efforless and staff were friendly, luckily we managed to time our needs with staff being present and they were quickly resolved. The common area is excellent. Really appreciated the space and the seating on tatami mats. The accomodation and the area is very quiet, although its a short walk to the bars, restaurants and shops. There's an excellent oyster and wine restaurant underneath the accomodation which is highly recommended.

No lift in the building so carrying all the suitcases was a struggle.

Easy check in. The room is on the smaller size but it's good for the price. You might struggle if you have large suitcases or backpacks as there are limited space to put them or open them. The bathroom was sufficient. There are plugs on bedboards so very convenient. Coin-operated washing machine and dryer available but the dryer cycle duration is not clear. Nice lounge area.

* CAN NOT Check in after 09.00 pm. It may be my fault. I have a problem with flight from Sapporo to Hiroshima. So I have to take a train. The train arrive Hirosahma at 09.27 pm. On the train, I try to contact the staff. But the answer is "sorry you can not check in after 09.00 pm." In the morning I found the staff pick the key card form outside locker. I wonder why ... the staff can email me the pass word. But they don't. * N0 Elevator, not suitable for big or heavy suitcase.

Room is clean. Distance to street car stop is OK.

No staff is tricky when you need things asap. Only one card key per room which is frustrating if you and your partner want to do your own thing for an afternoon. No elevator. VERY small rooms.

Location is FABULOUS! right by all the attractions, good food, and train stations!

2 small points: There is no lift. It's ok but if you have a lot of big luggage then you have to carry them by stair Lacking of power points. The one at the behead are difficult to use as cover be the mattress.

Nice hotel, quiet and not too far from the centre. Big window, good view to outside.

The bathroom! Very small and the extractor wasn’t working properly or is very weak. The bathroom gets all wet and humid after every shower and never dries

It was close to the train station, it was a decent price, the room had its own bathroom, it was available at a short notice and had two beds.

Room was tight for the amount of beds. The bathroom was smaller then expected but the water pressure was amazing.

The location was close to many attractions. It was where I wanted it to be. The instructions given were accurate. The room was adequate for the price and served its purpose.
