The location was great - very close to Hiroshima station. Check-in was easy and uncomplicated. All information was provided in English. They provided towels, tooth brushes, razors, etc.

I found quite a bit of black hair in my room (I'm blonde..)

I did not expect much due to the low price. The hotel was completely fine and the check in procedure was smooth (even without any staff). It was not a palace, but I did not pay for one anyways. Bunk beds were nice.

Easy to check in, excellent location for the train station and main tourist attractions, clean and comfortable. Good WiFi also.

Checking in at 4pm is so late especially as check out is 10am. Room is quite small and the bed isn’t very big but that’s Japan.

Beds were super hard. Also no luggage storage but otherwise a fabulous stay

My private room was very spacious and double bed was very comfy. The location was perfect with a short walk to the station and to the main centre where the Peace Memorial Park is located.

I liked everything. Good communication with the host, beds are comfortable, you have shared kitchen. Slippers, towels, shaving razor, you have anything if you need it. Quiet for sleeping and good location for sightseeing in Hiroshima or going to train station and catching for example train to Miyajima.

The room was well appointed, modern and impeccably clean. Central location to all amenities.

Great location and great value for money, everything you need for our three night stay. They were also exceptionally helpful with a date change we requested last minute.

Comfortable room and good facilities. Free tea and coffee available. Easy no person check in and check out. Decent location and good value for money.

Good location and clean room, everything was provided including toiletries, slippers and towels. The hotel was quiet and easily accessible, deffinitely reccommend it for a few days stay!

Great location, easily reachable by tram from the station. Or around a twenty minute walk. Check in efforless and staff were friendly, luckily we managed to time our needs with staff being present and they were quickly resolved. The common area is excellent. Really appreciated the space and the seating on tatami mats. The accomodation and the area is very quiet, although its a short walk to the bars, restaurants and shops. There's an excellent oyster and wine restaurant underneath the accomodation which is highly recommended.

The mattress was a little soft for my taste, and the room is a little tight. The bedroom door locks automatically so leaving the one keycard inside can be a headache.

It was comfortable and close to everything, including public transportation.

No elevator, but other than that, it was all good.

I really liked the self check in service. The instructions were clear.

The shelves for shoes in the staircase were broken

It was not a bad place to stay however it js a self check-in hostel.

I forgot my expensive sunglasses and noticed it when I arrived in Kyoto. I contacted the hostel immediately and gave them the time and date(everything) when we left the hostel. they told me that they would check CCTV but never heard of them anymore. Just be very careful and don’t forget any belongings at this hostel as they are not helpful at all!

Common space is incredibly beautiful and functional you’ll find everything you need it is also super clean and location is great.
