ChinaThe outdoor pool is a bit small and can be a bit crowded.
The room has a large living room, bathroom and balcony. The washing machine is convenient for a family of 4. View from the balcony is excellent. The complimentary minibar and hand pour coffee are pleasant surprise.

United StatesThe busy road just in front of the hotel is the only thing keeping this from being a perfect 10! The road could get quite noisy and was hard to filter out when trying to sit on the balcony and enjoy the early morning or late evening views of teh ocean.
The rooms were very spacious with plenty of room for us to relax, whether sleeping, sitting on the couch, or enjoying the view from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was delicious with many options to not have to eat the same thing every day during out 5 day stay. The evening music around the pool just outside the lobby was a nice addition to the already beautiful sunset view.

The staff is really helpful, due to its our first time to take the golf bag during this trip. But the staff is very passion to take care our luggage and introduce the facilities very clearly. We love the room size and all the furnitures. There have welcome drink during chek in time. Also have beer, soft drink and Popsicle. The breakfast have many choices and delicious for sure. They also offer few kinds of local ingredients. During our staying, we ordered in room dining dinner- Pork Hotpot, ots really nice and the price is valuable. We willl definitely come back again :)

United KingdomExpect significant motorcycle noise at night. Riders repeatedly sped past the hotel, redlining engines for long stretches, which made the property feel anything but relaxing.” This was not a one-off; motorbike groups roared up and down the main road, backwards and forwards for hours on end, every night until around 2 to 3 am. Staff were curt about pool access: one pool was “display only”, and we were told to leave the other at 8 pm even though no cleaning was taking place and we were the only guests using it. Despite “Ocean Resort” in the name, the property is not beachfront; it is a significant distance away and you need a shuttle bus to reach the beach. The entrance and driveway are confusing, there is a parking charge, and the surrounding area offers almost no amenities, so it felt like a ghost town. Overall, poor value and a frustrating stay.
The room was the only bright spot, clean, comfortable, and fairly modern. Beyond the room, there was little to enjoy

United StatesStaff did not adequately speak English which made the entire stay a challenge. Many tried, which was appreciated. Essentially, there is only one dining choice. The meal choices don’t change within a weeks’ time and the in room dining is equally limiting. We stayed for a week and often had to drive off site to dine while many neighboring hotels have multiple choices. The website suggested renting bikes. We rented them but the tires were flat and staff had no bike path map to direct guests.
The size of the room, so clean, spacious bathroom, and the view. The breakfast was lovely and relaxing.
