Nice and modern hotel near Sendai JR station. The hotel is very new and it's very well kept. The team was very nice and competent, they were really helpful during the check-in process. Bed was very comfortable. Location is very good: just a short and easy walk from the train station. It has a nice breakout area in the entrance where you have breakfast (I did not try it but looked very good), enjoy afternoon tea and even do some work.
