We arrived before check in time and it was difficult to get the attention of a staff member to ask about holding our bags until check in time, however recognize that they were busy turning over the rooms etc.

Reception was not too familiar with English, but Google translate helped. They were still friendly and gave us yummy good recommendations in the area.

It was modern looking, yet simple, and very clean. It’s about 5-7 mins walk to Tomei-Gotemba IC bus terminal which makes it convenient to get to Premium Outlets. It’s also near many food outlets which are within walking distance as well. Not crowded and relaxing being away from the bustle.

Location is a bit far from the gotemba station by walking. It costs about one thousand yen to go to the station by taxi.

The free flow tea and amenities at the lobby. Clean and compact room. There is a 24 hours Aeon opposite the hotel. Convenient to stock up some food. The hotel staff is helpful and help us to call a taxi.

Affordable accommodation near Mt. Fuji. Standard rooms are bigger than most business hotels in Japan (you can open a big suitcase comfortably on the floor). With onsen, free ice pops, and water/coffee so the price is reasonable. Breakfast offers good variety for a budget hotel.

The bathroom was not that clean, it looked like there was black mould underneath the sink. And because the sink is right above the bath it looked very dirty. The window got really wet from the condensation and this made the bed wet because it was it was under the window.

The viewing deck was great, we had a nice view of Mount Fuji when it wasn’t too misty/ cloudy. And we loved the free noodles the most, they were the best!!! Compliments to the chef! The location was nice, we had grocery stores very close by.

Good location with free onsite parking. They serve free udon from 18:30 hrs to 20:15 hrs, limited to the first 30 guests everyday. There's also free ice-cream for guests, limited to 1 each.

Check in and check out times are late and early respectively.. thankfully they will hold your luggage. If travelling by any method other than a car be prepared for a decent walk to get here.

A good place for a mid-term stay (3-5 days) and a good base to go mount fuji. The room was quite spacious and clean. I can recomment the sento after a long day to chill a little bit. You can even get a Japanese "pyjama" to chill in the hotel. And the breakfast menu is delicious with lots of choice - japanese and western things. The great thing was the free udon soup in the evening (maybe was a summer special).

The hotel was quite modern and neat for a “provincial” hotel. The room was spacious and clean. There was also an Onsen-like public bath and a rich breakfast buffer, which started also early: Ideal for a good start into a long hiking day if you want to climb Mt. Fuji from Gotemba

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Female public bath was quite small (fits 5 pax at most) and not hot enough (water temperature was not shown).

Hotel is quite accessible, being 10-15min walk from Gotemba station. Room furniture are clean, despite looking quite old. Staff are friendly and helpful, some are quite fluent in English. They offer free popsicles to guests and even chilled sesame udon during summer.
