Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BelgiumYou definitely need a car if you stay here.
Amazing hotel, looks more like a 4 star than a 3 star. Design and ecology. Great place and great staff. We loved it.

United StatesThe night staff was not Japanese so it took a bit of back and forth to borrow a needle&thread set. Though not a major inconvenience by any means, but they didn't clean the room after the first day. They left a box of fresh towels and such by the door in the evening of the second day but didn't ring the doorbell to notify; I saw it when I happened to leave the room.
The view from the main bldg is great, breakfast was great, lots of big supermarkets and major chain stores within a 15min drive. If you go another 10mins, you'll get to a massive Aeon mall and the world's biggest Muji store!

ThailandBreakfast and dinner have no choices. The hotel will set it for you and the portions are small. It is not enough for teenagers to eat and there’s no any shop near by that you can buy something to eat. The bedroom walls are not soundproof. You can hear the toilet flushing from the bed in the morning and hear the child crying at night.
The hotel room is beautiful, very well designed, and the equipment used is of good quality.

BahamasThere’s nothing I dislike, just note location is remote, be prepared to drive out for food or preorder in advance with hotel. I rented a car so no issue getting around.
Located on the tranquil hillside of Sakurai, this hotel offers stunning sunset view and fresh air. A modern eco hotel surrounded by vineyards and agriculture fields. Our room is well heated so we don’t feel the winter chills. Spacious room with good size twin beds for Japan standard, bathroom and toilet is separate.

GermanyThere arent really things to do and no real lobby, if you want to go eating or in store you need a car. Location wise it is more for a connection/transit rather than coming here on purose.
It was new and more sustainable than 99% of the hotels that we visited in Japan, the size of the roomwas huge for Japanese standards, and it had amazing amenities. Drip coffee in room, wow. Very clean very spacey.

Hong Kong1. The hotel is located on the top of the hill. It is quite remote and is difficult to drive at night when we want to dine out as the road was winding and dark, though the distance was short. Some local restaurants are available nearby, but we needed to drive about 6 minutes to the town. 2. The room is facing the power line pipe 3. The carpet of the lift near the car park in the other block smells (mould?) and thorough cleaning is needed. 4. The hotel serves lunch (no need to book in advance). We are slow to make decision whether to dine in or out, as a result, we did not stay there for lunch as most of the choices we wanted had sold out.
1. The surroundings is quiet, very green and the air is very fresh. We enjoyed a short relaxing walk around the hotel in the morning. 2. Breakfast is simple, well presented and tastes good. The hotel uses local grown fresh vegetables. 3. Good shower facilities. Bathroom is big and equipped with hangers, chair, etc for dry clothes. 4. Very modern toilet design 5. Our twin room is cozy, bed is comfortable. 6. Friendly staff who tried to provide us much information we needed for local restaurants 7. Free car park spot 8. Great value for money provided that you have a car to drive there

ThailandThis is a seminar hotel. Although the hotel is new, it is not convenient. Breakfast required 3 days advanced reservation. There are no coffee and tea in the room. There is electronic stove in room but no kichenett. Bathtub is difficult to use. There is no English manual.
