Lovely hotel located in a vibey area of Nagoya. Lots of bars, clubs and resturants in the vicinity. Sakae subway is a few minutes walk away.

I know this is beyond Actel's control but the surrounding establishments with lots of smokers and drunkards around every night and early morning are something to cringe about. Not exactly safe for children to wander around.

Love Hotel Actel! Will be staying here again! Love our corner room-definitely bigger that we expected, love the reception facilities too and very accommodating staff!

Wi fi did not work at all, although it showed a very strong signal, the hotel is a bit worn down, especially the walls in the room. Also the area outside the hotel at night gets crazy with drunk people.

The location is great if you want to be in the heart of Nagoya, close to shopping, transportation and nightlife. Hair masks, skin care products, bath salts and tea are offered free of charge by the front desk in the reception area on the 3rd floor.

It is in the heart of Nagoya. It was easy to get around everywhere. It is located in the red light district and it comes to life every night. However people were still very respectful. We left our bicycles outside and it remained untouched the next day. The facilities were amazing with unlimited supply of toiletries (bath salt. Facial cleanser, lotion etc)

We were a bit tight, space-wise, but other than that, if you are aware, it should not be an issue.

Very comfortable, small yes, but didnt need anything else. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very good area for nightlife and close to so many interesting things in the city

The hotel is in a hustling part of town, with very good transport links close to it. There are free amenities in the reception and a smoking area, that kind of makes you feel like David Blaine over the Thames river The rooms are kind of small, but honestly, it was an overall very good experience and stay and would recommend it to anyone

Although the location is extremely convenient, immediately outside the hotel there were a few too many drunk people, and the atmosphere could feel a little heavy.

In general, I liked the hotel and found the service personnel to be very helpful. I felt well supported, and they were very kind. I found the amenity bar quite appealing and well prepared. They also offer additional amenities for lending, such as a hair flat iron.

Room size is too small and narrow. It's hard to pack/unpack of the regular luggage, also there is no cabinet or shelf to place the unpack clothes. Weird logic of providing free bottle of water. It is provided only one time no matter how many nights we stay. It's not serious but unexpected.

The room was clean, staff were lovely and the beds were the most comfortable we have slept in so far in japan. The curtains blocked out alot of the sunlight so we had a great sleep. Will definitely stay here again.

The guest rooms, reception, and other common areas of the property were very neat and clean during our stay. The whole place exuded warmth. The reception desk personnel were all courteous and helpful.

The hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. The hotel was near the station and different establishments where you could buy food and other stuff. Check in and checkout was also easy. Facilities were also functioning well and as described. Room was also quite spacious as well as the bathroom.
