We had a wonderful experience. We had a sudden change of circumstance which meant we could only stay for one of three nights that we had booked and prepaid. I explained the situation to the staff at reception and then made a request via Booking.com for the change. The reception staff said they would process a refund, which was done the next morning. We chose this hotel for its location since our stay in Osaka included a few day trips outside the city by train. Once you get over the immediate shock of just how busy Osaka train station is you'll find sanctuary in this very spacious hotel. We used some of the onsite restaurants which were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Elegant yet pleasant. Good view of the river from the high floor we were staying. Practically at city center, easy to go anyway by foot, metro and taxi. Not short of places to eat.

Great location, super close to the city shops and restaurants. Great restaurants within as well as a gym. The staff were super helpful. Housekeeping were beautiful, they figured out what tea/coffee we liked and would give us extra.

In case you stay more than a couple of days, the breakfast selection getting a bit boring - one western restaurant with 3 different dishes and one Japanese with 2 dishes… the quality of each meal are great

Beautiful hotel with great views from the room. We were a party of three and we were comfortable in the room, it could’ve been slightly bigger but it definitely worked for our group. The bathroom was stunning very spacious with great products that will replenish daily. Staff were very helpful and attentive. No complaints about the property, but I couldn’t give five stars for the facilities as we didn’t have the opportunity to use them (breakfast, gym etc) but this doesn’t mean that they weren’t good.

My only comment world be that the hall carpets could be cleaner and that the rooms are a little dated.

The hotel is beautiful! Clean, comfortable bed, Great location. Many restaurants choices other than the hotel. I loved their breakfast. You have 3 choices of western breakfast or an Asian restaurant. We did not tried the Asian breakfast but our breakfast was delicious. Impecable service at restaurant and reception.

They have a sit-down western breakfast with a very limited menu. We stayed for 4 nights and were bored with the same on the 2nd day itself. I would have preferred a Buffet with choices. It should be mentioned on the booking.com site since I may not have chosen this hotel due to the breakfast being below average. The convenience stores are a bit of a walk.

The hotel rooms are spacious, and the location is excellent. A Short walk from Umeda and Osaka stations, which offer all the connections, shops, malls, and restaurants. Also, it is much quieter than the busy areas of Osaka, so its a good area to stay.

We didn’t use the facilities, restaurants because of the high price but it is a 5 star hotel so expect 5 star prices.

Staff were excellent and professional. We had a large room and the daily cleaning was much better than other hotels we stayed at. The reception organised luggage forwarding for us.

While five star this hotel is quite dated and the rooms are old looking. The Hotel has a pool and leisure facilities but upon check-in we were notified that a fee of 5200 yen was needed to use the pool. This is not mentioned when booking the property through bookings.com
