I wish they gave me two pillows and not just one. This is not the easiest place to get to if you have large luggage. Definitely felt more suitable to people that are driving.

The walls were so thin, had earplugs but still so much noise from next door and the coridoor. Went to use the public bath (not hot spring water btw) but it smelt like chlorine so I didn't use it.

Breakfast was great for the price - buffet style and lots of options, parking was easy, staff friendly. Location probably better if you have a car, but if you're on foot I'd probably stay somewhere closer to the start of the walk. There's a convenient supermarket across the street (the combini next door is also there but why not go to the bigger supermarket).

The entrance light had a sensor that you can't turn off and anytime you move around the room it turns the light on. This can get annoying at night.

Friendly staff. Welcome drink/coffee, but only in the evening. Nice bed. There was a sento/public bath in the hotel but I didn't use it.

- when arriving late, one should keep in mind that the tram stops at 10pm, so if you have larger luggage it's a bit tough to walk

- great cleanliness - friendly staff, very helpful - many convenience stores in the area, with a bit longer way different restaurants and food chains are available - a bit further off the main area of Kochi, so a rather quiet environment and you still can take the tram to the center

Quilt was rather heavy and hot.

It's a nice enough hotel and does the job as somewhere to sleep. The staff are excellent. Its location isn't the greatest as it's by a busy intersection, and it's a 2km walk or slightly convoluted journey by two trams to the train station. However, it made for a perfectly acceptable stay.

The information about parking was not clear. Different things was said in the parking lot and another when I asked staff in the counter. Fortunately I could prak close to the hotel.

I was surprised that the bathroom is not cleaned every day. If you do not speak Japanese make sure you have Google translate on your phone, extra information on transport and sites I needed to visit I found at the excellent tourist Information Centre at Kochi Main Station, 40 minutes walk from the hotel.

The location was further from Kochi centre than I had appreciated but easily accessible for the Airport bus (Hoe-chi stop) - 5-10 minutes walk. The breakfast was Japanese specialities at their best which suited me but be warned there is not a continental alternative. The Breakfast Room is open in the evening for all, coffee on tap.

Overall, its facility -from the lobby to the lift, does not seem like a hotel, more like local inn. I paid extra for bigger room but too much dead space, the room felt so small. Not best location.

it would be nice if there were some fruit options for breakfast or if the salad options were replenished. one morning, i got to breakfast, and there were barely any salad options left. i also assumed that during a five night stay, my sheets would be changed at least once, but they weren't, and i wasn't sure what to do to get the cleaners to do it for me

a nice, clean, and comfortable room. it's also really great to be able to use youtube and cast media onto the tv. i used the sauna and public bath almost every night, which was a wonderful part of the stay. the staff were all very polite, accommodating and helpful too

The hotel has a parking that you have to book in advance (was perfect for me). The room was kind of big and the bed comfortable. If you are willing to walk a bit (10min), you can find restaurants to eat.

Was doing the Shikoku 88 temples, this property is a few kilometers from temple 31 so it was reasonable. Rooms were good and everything functioned as expected. I have added breakfast which was a buffet and was able to find tasty stuff for me.

You only have electricity in your room when you put the card in place. So you’re coming home to a hot room.
