The brand new feeling of quality, the location with walking distance to shops and restaurants, the wonderful amenities in rooms and club lounge, but above all that the staff are the most impressive we have met from all our travels around the world! Our young daughter by accident left her cell phone in the taxi on our way to the airport from the hotel. Not only did the hotel staff call the taxi company and located the phone and had it brought there, one of the staff then took a motorbike to the airport to hand deliver it to us so we could still make our flight in time and refused to accept anything for their troubles. The hospitality and kindness of this hotel will forever stay in our hearts, trust us that you will be happy to stay there you too!!

Room is quite clean, considering a little bit smaller than I thought, bath room equipment's is perfect. We stay 3 nights here and I thought it's close to the main commercial street and easy to find a lot of good restaurant with walking distance.

I and my wife came to Naha for one night and this was a reasonably priced hotel to spend the night. The room was small, but I liked the ample space in the bathroom. I also liked that the air conditioner was near the entrance; thus, it wasn't blowing cold air toward the bed. The breakfast was o.k., sufficient but unexceptional. I liked the breakfast room and the service.

CanadaMisunderstanding about booking.com rate. We had thought that Club Lounge access included breakfast and not just happy hour, similar to what I am used to with my Marriott Bonvoy Platinum access. Although breakfast was extra charge, Club Lounge access should have included morning coffee and tea. Preferable to have fresh morning coffee than having to use in room kettle.

MalaysiaOur stay was delightful! Location of the hotel is just a 3-minute walk to the famous Kokusai-dori shopping street. Our connecting rooms were spacious, clean, and new, and the breakfast was adequate with delicious croissants. The staff was super friendly; they even suggested we use the adjacent car park for a cheaper rate, knowing we wouldn't have multiple entries during our two-day stay. When we accidentally removed our car without paying, one of the staff members kindly helped us call the car park company to resolve it. A big thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay!

Room I stayed in 2 rooms: a smaller one with a double bed, where I had difficulty walking and using sockets, due to the tightness of the bed with the wall of the room. The larger twin with two large beds, much better and more comfortable. Great staff. Good bathroom with Japanese toilet and sealed shower stall to prevent water from running. Good shower. Safe in the room. Quiet room and orthopedic mattress. Could be a little firmer. Good breakfast, although not delicious, with yogurt, miso, mackerel, breads, a few fruits but with delicious Okinawa pineapple. I chose the hotel for the cocktail hour: It has wine and sparkling wine. The food has more of a buffet than snacks for drinks and there are sweets. Reasonable, but I wouldn't use it as a selection criterion like I did.
