Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff members. Great room (the pictures were taken after our stay). It was organized when we arrived, of course. The shower was great 10/10 The laundry machine is wash and dry on the same machine, which is amazing, it's fully automatic, and you do not need to bring detergent. Traditional japanese breakfast, which is a nice experience but can be harsh for a foreigner.

Location close to Toyama Station. If you drive there is limited parking and need to reserve. Parking fees is ¥1,500 per day. Bed was comfortable.

Everything! So clean and it has everything you need. The shower pressure is good, the room is clean. The room even provide fabric spray for your clothes to smell fresh. Hotel has 3 laundry and dryer and the best part: you can view the status of washer!

The hotel was responsive in answering my query before the trip (thank you Mariko-san). Parking is via a high tech system where driver drives car into a car lift, and it is then sent up to park without need for driver to be in car. It's a 3 min walk to the station. 2 complimentary tram tickets provided per person which was a nice touch.
