The bed was very stiff and the pillows were just awful! We had to buy some from the nearby shopping centre to get a good night sleep. Some reception staff couldn't speak English, which I thought was a little odd given the percentage of foreign guests I noted. And despite having a microwave on the floor, no utensils provided.

Location was amazing, right across from a metro station and shopping centre. Room was comfortable size, amenities were good. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate. We got an upper floor and the views were great.

We stayed for a week. Sometimes the floor was not vacuumed thoroughly even after the room cleaning was done. So I made a special request and they cleaned.

The location was excellent. Right near the subway station, big shopping mall, lots of good restaurants and convenient stores. The breakfast was really nice, too.

The location was excellent. The staff very professional and helpful. The room was spacious for Japan standards and the bathtub was an amazing treat after a long days of exploring. Breakfast was also very good. Absolutely no complaints! We will definitely return during our next trip and have already recommended this place to our friends.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel was quiet. It was very convenient. Across from the train station, many options to eat in the area, walking distance to Osaka Castle and close to Dontobori. It was very convenient for us when traveling to Kyoto. Felt safe walking at night with the family. Front desk was very helpful and very friendly. It was a bonus the mall across the hotel. It was a pleasant experience at the hotel.

The only difficulty we had aside from having to sadly leave was trying to get the laundry done as there was generally a line. But there is a laundry mat in the area as well.

As the name suggests the hotel is directly across from the station and not to be confused with the one around the corner. It is a beautiful hotel and was a very pleasant experience.

When the twin room is used by three guests, there is limited space, especially for storing luggage.

A great place to stay in Osaka. It's in a very convenient location, just a five-minute walk from a metro station and a train station. The Keihan City Mall, which is connected to the Keihan Railway Tenmabashi Station, is located across the road. It's a modern hotel with an excellent breakfast. Having the bathroom separate from the toilet is very convenient. The common rooms and our room, which was cleaned every day, were impeccably clean. The hotel's laundry facilities are a plus. However, you need to be patient to find an available washing machine/dryer (there are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers for around 300 rooms).

The checkin process is very difficult. There was language barrier and as well and their cumbersome way of handling checkin. Instead of the rigid procedure, customer ease of checkin should be priority. But when Mr Kim came out, he was great. I wish all learn from Mr Kim. Also the house cleaning is not too detailed. They don't vacuum the floor and the toilet smelled of urine.

Clean facility. Breakfast buffet was out of this world. Location is excellent - in front of the City Mall. Close to convenient stores and nice restaurants.

Very nice hotel. HOT TIP if you are a couple get a twin room not a double. The twin rooms are like a suite. So big. Separate toilet. This hotel is very modern. Very clean. Across the road from the station. Stayed 3 nights. Very happy. Check in was a nightmare. Self check in. Terrible. Scanning passports. Machine not reading them. Stressful.

We booked two rooms for our family of four (mum, dad & two teens). Rooms were next door to one another. This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Train station and shopping centre across the road (but no noise from trains at all). Walking distance to Osaka Castle. FamilyMart next door for snacks and supplies. Super comfy beds. Everything we needed.

The hotel breakfast was nice but the food was cold. We did eat around 9:00 AM which is closer to the closing time but the eggs and meat and potatoes were kept open in their trays which made them cold. Pastries and fruit were lovely, and there was vanilla and matcha soft serve that you could help yourself too! Very yummy.

600Yen per wash, and only 3 machines for 17 floors is bizarre to me. Extortionate compared to every other city we stayed in. The driers are 100Y per 10 minutes and 40 minutes didn’t dry my socks completely. Bit of a pain. Other than this, a lovely hotel.

Very comfortable rooms and the location is perfect for teaching the metro to transport all over Osaka. Lovely cafes nearby and a walk to Osaka Castle.

We travel lightly with just one small luggage each but there still wasn't enough space for it. I guess the room is more suited for really short, maybe one night stays. A tablet for controlling the lights, air conditioning, etc. was a bit awkward at times because it was on one side of the bed and you couldn't move it and it was the only way to e.g. switch on the lights.

The room was modern and stylish, beds were comfy. A/C was efficient.
