It’s a love hotel so be prepared for lots of love (making) at all hours.

This is not a dislike about the property but I think people should be aware that it is a ‘Love Hotel’ … it didn’t worry us but when we booked it we weren’t aware

Very near Shinjuku station . The staff were lovely. The room was small but I think most rooms are in Tokyo. It had everything we needed for a two night stay.

It was a three night stay and I was given a room clearly to be used by the hour.. a slightly larger room would have been better, there was two available on my floor every day

The rooms didn’t have much soundproofing, so we could hear TVs and people in the hallway late into the night.

Cute little room, great amenities in the lobby, nice staff. Loved there were free drinks and snacks in the lobby as well as any item you may have forgotten/need (toothbrush, loofa, lotion, etc)

There was buildup of mildew behind the sink where water from the tap tends to splash. It’s a bit of a blind spot, and the rest of the room was spotless even for a love hotel. The single elevator gets busy mornings and evenings, and the lobby is tiny, which can be a nuisance when several people are waiting to access their rooms - so plan your movements accordingly.

Excellent location, well appointed rooms (albeit small), and friendly staff. We stayed several days, this is our second stay at a Petit Bali and we wouldn’t hesitate booking again.

The hotel is in an amazing location in the lively area. A bunch of free facilities, nice stuff. The room was tiny but it was very well equipped.

The rooms were a decent size but didn't seem to have practical hanging space for the gowns coats and wet towels etc.

Very good facilities, the place presented well, the complimentary snacks, alcohol and toiletry products exceeded expectation. Great location close to many eateries and bars and not far from many more in and around Kabukicho. Very close to the metro and only a bit further to the JR lines.

Room was tiny and windows had a foil over them. TV blocking 90% of the window so room felt windowless. That was challenging to deal with if you stayed for more than a couple of nights. We stayed for 4 nights and I was claustrophobic by the end and desperate to leave.

There was a window but not possible to open it.

The location is excellent. A lot of free amenities, drinks and pastries at the reception. Staff was helpful. The room is small but we were two with backpacks and a couple of bags and we didn’t have any problems. There is even a hook to hang shirt/dress.

Size of both room and bathroom is very small. If you are a plus size, it would be a challenge to move around room and especially the bathroom. This is a love hotel so expect graphic photos on TV screen.

Did not expect much but it was quite pretty good. free coffee and a lot of freebies such as moisturizers, mouthwash etc in the reception area. Hotel is clean as well with good location. About 10-15 mins walk to the shinjuku terminal.

The only thing that stopped me from giving this hotel a 10, was the size of the rooms. I know Tokyo hotels are small and I booked knowing it was small, but it was quite small for 2 and we had to take it in turns to open out our suitcases. There was nowhere to hang clothes either, so we had to open our suitcases every morning.

We loved this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, the location was incredible and the most surprising, was they had so many amenity options in the lobby to take up to your room (toothbrushes, face masks, ear plugs, creams etc), it was like a little store and all free! They also had free drinks - sake, coffee, tea and soft drinks - as well as some snacks.

Rooms are very small so was difficult with our luggage but we worked it out. Shower is just a cubicle and very small so may not be suitable for larger people.

Great location. Lots of food options and Lawsons just across the street. Complimentary drinks etc were fabulous.
