First of all, the reservation plan cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances. We made special arrangements, but this is the rating, it's really terrible. There was no gratitude at all. We said we would arrive at 11pm, but they didn't come even though we waited until 1:30. All the lights and hot spring were on until 1:30. Although it usually closes at 12:00, the next day we were criticised by multiple emails saying that the room can only accommodate 3 people. We explained that up to 4 people can stay, but all the futons were prepared in the drawers. Finally, the towels in the room were purposely wiped with coffee and were dirty. It's terrible that they can give such a low rating now... It's unacceptable that they took photos and videos of the staff without permission.

It can also be confirmed in the photos on the website. The hot spring is a private hot spring and the toilet is public. You may have misunderstood when you said that the garden is dirty, because we are building a swimming pool, so there will be some clutter next to it, and the garden is carefully designed and managed.
