Everything about the inn is great. Location, staff, facilities, cleanliness etc. We didn’t end up eating/drinking in the cafe/restaurant but with more time we would’ve liked to - it all looked tasty and great value for money.

Clean, modern place, comfortable beds and SOFT PILLOWS (wish I’d spotted them before bed rather than the next morning!) available in the amenities trolley along with an iron, rental pyjamas and other things. Charging cable in the room, hairdryer at the washstand, fridge, hot drinks, microwave and books in the kitchen. Basic meals and drinks served in the ground floor bar/dining area.

I really loved it! Everything was clean and there were a lot of free things to use, also free ice cream. A lot was done for the convenience of the guests, like little bags to carry toiletry to the toilet. Thank you to the owner for a great meal and discussion!

There's not a lot of space to open suitcases

The inn is new and clean. It's close to train and bus stations, and convenient to visit Aizu Wakamatsu and Ouchijuku. It's very good value overall

One thing I wish could be improved is to have a few ceramic plates+bowls rather than only single use paper plates with plastic lining for safer heating in the microwave and less waste.

Very nice new hotel. Good location and has everything you need. Curtains by the beds and small lamps would make it perfect. It would also be nice to swap paper cups and plates for real ones. 😁

For a hostel it was a fantastic experience. The 5 stars of hotel stays. Especially the Japanese style tatami room we really enjoyed. We never waited once for toilet or shower use the whole time we were there. The kitchen area was inviting and great to work from. The staff were very kind, and even though we had a misunderstanding at the beginning of our stay, in the end, everyone was very nice. Everything is quite close in Aizu to the hotel, the only downside is how far it is from the main station.

We had 2 nights at this property. We had a quadruple room between 4 people which was a squeeze but we made it comfortable. The beds were comfortable when doubled up. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations for local cuisine and activities. Excellent value for money and had a great facilities for the price we paid. Would stay again!

Everything is good

The bed, room and toilet is super clean, they provide a small bag just to put our clothes and towel when we are going for shower. Love the cosy but minimalist design, a muji style hostel. The staffs are very friendly.

Everything is perfect that I have nothing to add to it. However, I dont know if we can leave our luggages for the day or for a few days while visiting other towns and be back at the hostel to stay for one or two more days there as that needs wasnt necessary during this visit

The hostel whose staff is fluent in english answered all my inquiries and even helped to find some informations I asked. It's really a determinant factor to stay there

Wonderful,helpful and friendly staff. I forget his name (sorry!) but he made sure to have the local bus route map ready for me being re heading out for my day! A very generous room for the price, great privacy and excellent facilities. Only a 20.minute walk from the station and in a very interesting district..

The rooms are very small but matched my expectations from the pictures. You have to take your shoes off when you get to the second level which is a little inconvenient but not unexpected in Japan.

Staff were super friendly and approachable, all the facilities were super clean and cleaned everyday, loved the space saving design elements, liked the women-only bathroom facilities, nice small kitchenette and lounge area.

I am giving this hotel 5 stars because of the lovely staff working there and for the cheap room options. The Location is good for visiting all the local craft and souvenir shops but you will need a taxi to get there from the aizu wakamatsu station. The lady working at this hotel was incredibly sweet and kind and helped us with everything we needed, despite my bad Japanese (they will just use a voice-translator app) . They even called our next hotel so that the shuttle would pick us up. She took her at the check-in and explained everything very well. We only stayed one night and that was kinda good since I am not too used to sleeping on futons for too long but I would definitely stay there again if I would find myself in Aizu again. Thank you for everything!
