One of the rooms was smaller so it was a challenge to put 2 big luggages.

Very clean and comfortable. All amenities provided. Quiet neighbourhood. Elevator is a plus point for luggages. Just one stop away from Asakusa and direct train from Narita airport.

It is quite far from the big shopping districts of Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku etc, so might be something to consider. Unfortunately no secure luggage storage prior to check-in or after check out. There aren't many small places to eat directly in the streets surrounding the accommodation.

Spacious and very clean, not too far from quite a few rail networks - one Y599 ride with no transfers from Haneda Airport. Easy walk from Skytree and close to Asakusa. Quiet area.

Some neighbors were loud and the walls are quiet thin, you can hear the trains outside, but I found other travelers being loud to be way more troublesome.

The location of the accommodation is directly next to an aboveground train line. Our room was Unit 302 on the third floor at the back of the building, furthest from the train line. We could hear the trains every now and then, but they were not too loud to disturb our sleep, though this might be different in a front room. They did provide ear plugs but we didn't need them. The tatami room style mattresses are rather thin and not overly comfortable. The apartment was also quite small for four adult-sized people (we have teenagers), with two small bedrooms and no living space, just a kitchenette, but doable for short stays. There is a limited supply of cooking equipment if you do want to cook/eat at the accommodation and with only two small stools, two people need to sit on the floor in the bedroom which isn't ideal. If you stay here plan to eat out! The restaurants are so good you will want to eat out anyway.

The apartment was very clean and tidy and the location was conveniently close to the Metro (making all of Tokyo readily accessible) and the Skytree Tower & Shopping district. The neighbourhood was also great to wander around and explore the narrow old streets and houses. There were plenty of places to eat nearby as well as convenience stores for groceries/snacks. We visited the building next to Skytree, too, and had dinner on the 32nd floor - highly recommended for a great view over Tokyo, especially at sunset/evening. The neighbourhood felt very safe. We wandered down to the river and across to Senso-ji temple and markets area and then on Ueno Park and to Yanaka Ginza old area. A nice walking tour. Last time we stayed near Shibiya so it was good to be on the other side of Tokyo for a change in scenery. They provided shampoo, soap, toothpaste and toothbrushes. The hosts were very good at communicating about check-in, gave immediate responses to questions and were very accommodating of our needs when we requested some additional bowls/cutlery/mugs to cater for the four of us (as some seemed to be missing).

According to the information that is given on Booking, we booked and paid for 3 futons, but they gave us only 2 futons, we were quite surprised that there were only 2 futons, and even more surprised when they refused to give us our 3d futon, we were upset and angry, cause we chose and paid for 3 futons, Staff was rude though the text messages , we didn’t see who we were talking, cause it was self check in. The location is right in front of a subway line, and when you’re in the room the whole apartment is shaking crazy, you feel like you’re dizzy, first I thought it was earthquake but then I realised that it’s the subway mostly, at nights you hear the noise of subway, had trouble with sleeping+ you hear the neighbors noise Very far from the city center, 15 min walk to the subway station

There's a little fridge, some utensils and stove (but I'm not used to induction, and it had no instruction idk). There was no drinking water so we arrived and left to buy a big bottle. It's not a hotel so it's expected, but just a tip if you're arriving late and tired.

The location is pretty good (for the tour we planned), near to Tokyo Skytree and Asakusa. We stayed at room No. 201. The picture of Skytree is from the street of the accommodation. Self check-in and check-out, they send instructions here by message after reservation. It was a good option for a quick trip (4 people, 2 each mini bedroom of the little apartment). We spent just one night and it was comfortable. The sound isolation is nice, considering the train line is right in front of it, you barely hear. The bathroom was clean and good, had toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, conditioner. Also had bath towel and face towel for everyone and a slipper. They helped me via messages on Booking, I asked about checkout time (it can be earlier than the informed here), and I also asked about parking and they sent the location of a 24hour parking lot that is on the same street (Tobu park).

It literally next to the train track, can’t bear the noice especially it runs from early 5am till 1am.

Owner always give prompt response. 7mins walk till A3 exit of Oshiage station with elevator. 7-11 and family mart are around A3 exit.

I dont think photos online represented exactly what I received but might have been oversight on my behalf. I had the feeling I was expected to empty bins on exit but the price paid included an exit clean so bit confusing Aircon leaked water in second room in middle of the night into a suitcase so not ideal

Location was handy Neat and functional. Two bedrooms were spacious Roof top space good but better with seating and subtle lighting.. Perfect for a beer as was stinking hit when there. Great view of Skytree

We could not get any extra bath towels, only four very small ones and we had to pay for those... Also no linnen for the kitchen was included. This is a problem when you expect a fully equiped kitchen

A bit small for a family of 4 adults, and pricey, but that’s Tokyo in general.

Very close to the station! We had a lot of big luggages but it was easy to go to this place because the closest station, Oshiage Skytree Metro station, take Exit A3, has elevators that you can use. Skytree station is also only 1 train away from Narita Airport, you don’t have to switch trains. Take the Keisei Access express if you want to go here. I really recommend staying close to Oshiage Skytree station because it’s directly connected to Tokyo Solamachi shopping mall (Jump Shop, Pokemon, etc) and the Skytree itself. If you bought Tokyo Metro 24/48/72 hours pass, you can redeem it at this station as they have a qr code reader vending machine. Yes you can hear the train sounds occasionally, but it doesn’t disturb us at all. The host provide earplugs but we didn’t need them as the train isn’t that loud anyway. The view of Oshiage Skytree is very nice, you can also go to rooftop and have a beautiful view. We took several nice pictures of the Skytree. You can use elevator for your luggages, and long press the floor number you want it to go to (there’s no close button). You yourself have to take the stairs to your room, the staircase is a bit narrow, so if you have a big built, be careful.

Everything about the room itself was amazing. it was our first experience in Japan, and it exceeded our expectations. the beds were amazingly comfortable, we were comfortable and cool in the heat of the summer.

The property photos advertised are misleading. The rooms are cold and awkwardly designed making it feel very uncomfortable. The floors and wall were not clean - a simple mop or wipe would have made a difference. The rooms smelt, despite the ventilation fan having been left on when we got there. The linen and pillows also smelt unhygienic! The location in theory sounded great when booking however was not suitable, given you could hear the constant sound of trains running right outside your window, the dead giveaway was the little ear plugs thrown on what was supposed to be a kitchen which was literally a fridge just as you entered the apartment. There was no where to sit anywhere except for on the futon beds. There was no furniture other than the bed on the ground, pillow and a blanket. It felt like you were in a cell and we left after one nights stay - not a nice experience at all and I woke up with a migraine feeling very sick… hard to say if it was a the room or not but shoot I felt way better by the afternoon when we booked alternative accommodation that was similar pricing, in the heart of akihabara and was clean.

It's difficult to control the water temperature in this Airbnb compared to others I've stayed in. There's no safety stop for the hot water, and I got burned a few times due to a lag in the temperature adjustment. My sister also got burned because we weren't aware that when someone uses water elsewhere, the shower pressure drops, leaving only hot water flowing. Additionally, there was a lot of dust in the lamps, so we moved them away from our beds to avoid breathing it in. The area above the curtains was also dusty, and I had to be careful when opening the windows to prevent the dust from falling. Lastly, there was an unpleasant moldy smell coming from the air conditioning and air vent. I unplugged the air vent, which helped, but the odor was still noticeable.

The stay is very close to Oshiage station exit A3. There’s a 711 nearby the train track where you can get your water and necessities. The room is very comfortable for three person.
