United StatesAlthough Illi Stays continuously reminds guests to respect other guests and asks for no loud music/talking after 10pm and no running or jumping. We did experience an issue with the running/jumping for the floor above us. After a long period of time we did have to complain as it was already past 11pm at night and the running was the whole length of the property not just a single area. This property's accommodations were great. The one issue is the sensor light in the toilet room. It does not stay on long enough and if you're in there for a period of time, the light will shut off and your in the dark. Moving around or waving a hand is not always picked up by the sensor. It's a hit or miss if the light will come back on right away after moving around. It's actually quite a nuisance to have to do that. The sensor light above the front door was more sensitive to motion and stayed on longer than the sensor light in the toilet room.
The comfortability, cleanliness, privacy, spaciousness and accommodations at the property really helped achieve the purpose of our vacation which was to be able to relax and spend time together as a family while experiencing the beautiful country of Japan. Illi Stays did provide the necessities for daily needs which is a luxury. Dishware and cooking equipment provided in the kitchen. Laundry detergent, shampoo, soap, conditioner, hair dryer etc in the bathroom.

We loved our stay! Excellent location, lots of restaurants and convenience stores super close like Familymart, Lawsons, 7/11 etc. Brand new apartment, very spacious for Tokyo. It comfortably fit my family of four. The kids enjoyed Netflix to relax after a big day out. Everything you need is here and it was the perfect base to explore Tokyo. A very quiet neighbourhood at night which is exactly what we wanted. Amazing customer service, we requested an early check-in and late check-out.

we were a family of 6. 4 different lines nearby allowed us to travel easily around tokyo. Direct trains to tsukiji, harry potter and Disneyland. Many eateries and family marts too. The beds were great and the host was super accommodating with our requests. And a view of tokyo tower from the room :)

AustraliaBeds on floors, not being able to open windows, the AC units all dripped water, the sheets on beds were smelly (they smelt like they had been left in the washing machine too long without drying) I had to wash them again myself, no cleaning equipment provided (broom/vaccum), not enough paper towel or even just some tea towels. It’s a lovely place but staying for a week you need some extra things.
Separate bedroom, and overall facilities were lovely.
