It is a 10-15 minute walk from the Kanazawa rail station.

Excellent room with kitchenette, bath and plenty of room. The free juices, coffee, snacks and cereals are a nice touch. Staff is excellent and very helpful. We had a personalized greeting card, bread, jam and cookies in our room upon arrival. Kids enjoyed free video and board games. Exceeded all expectations and for a family, a wonderful property to stay at.

The surrounding area wasn't so pretty but the apartment was walking distance from the station and the main places to visit and the nice apartment with a little kitchen and washing machine made up for it- we were glad we could stay there for 3 nights

I liked the spacious apartment- it was by far the best accomodation we had in Japan. The staff was courteous and friendly and they left us a little thoughtful gift in the room. They also had free coffee, tea, miso soup and juice for the guests near the reception desk

Almost perfect, please upgrade the washing machine with dryer unit or you might provide clothlines in the balcony and allow us to hanger the wet clothes in the balcony

The room have complete facility for staying with family and the hotel give free flow coffee, juice, milk, bread for whole days not only brrakfast, the receptionist staff were very friendly Location only +/- 500m from Kanazawa station and easy access to station

We checked in after hours and the external entry door code we were given when we checked in hadn't been updated to the new code. Fortunately the correct code had been sent in a message via booking.com and another guest was able to let us into the building. We found out about the incorrect door code the next morning when we mentioned the issue to staff. They were apologetic and very helpful. The room was a little bit tight to sleep 4 people comfortably.

All needed facilities, everything without any extra fee. Spacy room, shinkasens visible through the windows, but no noise, just exotic view :) Very friendly and helpfull staff - our biggest compliments to them!

Location - easy to find with good bus connection to the city centre. Stil on walking distance to the main train station.

Nice size family room equipped with everything we needed for a short several days stay. We especially liked the kichenette and the bath tub. Personnel especially kind. Came early, but everything was already prepared for our stay. Prepared even a simple breakfast.

Shoko on the front desk was super for friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and a cot was offered for our 9 month old. It was located walking distance from the station and had a laundry and dry room and a good space in the lobby to hang out.

Located about half a mile from Kanazawa station, even with the tracks right across the street, the sound of trains seemed nonexistent! Large tv to watch Netflix or Prime, large fridge, massage chair, laundry, etc. all in one room made us wish we stayed here even longer!

The staff, Mika was an incredible help during our trip to Kanazawa. The facilities, easy check in, so clean, so close to the station. This was by far my favorite stay in Japan. The facilities are very family friendly in my opinion.
