As a female solo traveller, I didn't appreciate at all that names and number of people per room (+ room number and total of nights) were written on the main door for everyone to see them. It made me feel exposed and unsafe, as every other guest (and they were all males during my stay) could have known that I was there alone. I would like to raise a security concern about this matter. Also the location is pretty dark coming back alone at night, but that's okay as I noticed it is because it is basically a residential area.

The place is big, well-furnished and it is really a good choice money-wise. I found myself in a big room with three beds for only €19. No utilities where missing, and being only three rooms in total is easy not to meet the other guests at all.

Great location in the Korean neighborhood with lovely narrow streets. It feels like a house that you share with housemates, so Jakotel felt really homey to me and I had my own bedroom that was very quiet.

The WiFi network wasn't working during my stay there, which was a bit disappointing. They might have bed bugs cause I felt itchy when laying on the bed 🤔

It's a very convenient place to stay, it's quite close to a metro station, you can easily check-in by yourself, it's quite spacious and clean, they have all the facilities needed when traveling, including a kitchen, bathroom, two toilets, dining place, and it's very cheap.

Just the location as a solo traveller it was a bit daunting walking there from the station. Bed was okay.

It was not so clean. Although the bedding were clean, there were no sheets to be found, and ln the floor there was dried out rice and other things. Which is weird, because there was no dust, so they must have cleaned the room, but maybe not necessarily after every occupants.

Basically a house, that has all three rooms of it rented out. It is in a good, clean neighborhood, close to a JR station. The room was big and spacious. Easy self check-in and check-out.

Please, please, please find some other method of allowing guests to check in. The current password can't be entered into the door unless it's already on or unlocked, and then you have to rely on the kindness of other occupants already inside who may not be there. I almost thought I would end up homeless on the streets of osaka at 11pm at night. And I had to assist 2 other guests to enter the property who couldn't enter myself. Again please please please fix this.

Staff were extremely helpful. Facilities were pretty good for accommodating my needs. Plenty of little odds and ends like foreigner friendly plugs and a clothing iron to help you out.

Room is nice and spacious, the bed is heated, and the bathroom got a deep bathtub to soak in. The property is located near/in the Korean town so there are a lot of Korean restaurant nearby, the wet market nearby also sells a lot of fresh seafoods. The nearest train station is within 10minutes of walking distance, and there is a ramen shop nearby that opens until 2am after midnight and the host allows self check-in after 2300.

The kitchen was very poorly stocked. They only had the bare necessities like one pan and one pot and a single set of cutlery.

The place has all you need. It’s cheap, in a cute neighbourhood relatively close to the centre and the people running it are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my time there. Recommended for a budget stay!!

We couldn't have had a better time at Jakotel. The house had great facilities, was spotless from the hardworking staff, the area was so peaceful and very close to the tsuruhashi station. The staff had made the place feel very homely, and we greatly appreciated the cooking set up and how close loads of great supermarkets were

Location. We were scammed by the location. The one that we booked was the one near Namba STN but when we got there it looked like it was under renovation. Bath towels provided are pretty small (like a face towel). No iron for clothes.

The only thing that we like is that we stayed on room number 1 which is close to the door, meaning we wont have to carry all our stuff upstairs. AC is acting up as well. There's a laundry mat available 24/7 near the hotel.

Amazing facilities, they have fully equipped kitchen which was best part, including some ingredients like salt, oil etc. were available for cooking. I liked the bathrooms were clean, rooms and beds were clean and a washing machine also available to wash clothes.
