Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Hong KongThe hidden costs. I was given notice of extended check out for an additional 3300¥, I wasn't told that was the price per hour. I was 5 minutes over that, and got charged an additional 3300¥. I questioned it and they said "if you don't pay we have to call the police". No hospitality or customer service in terms of discussion or anything. Just plainly - pay up or we call the police. I stayed in a more premium hotel in kyoto and they charged 1000¥ for extra time in the room and that was for three hours including a courtesy call to indicate that the time was almost up.
The bed was firm but comfortable. It was the biggest double bed I've seen in Tokyo city. Full open window compared to some of the more compact places seen in shinjuku.

AustraliaThe check in time was 5pm where most places do 3pm (very inconvenient), and didn’t bother to check if the room was ready or not. Hotel was not willing to hold bags after check out time (10am), all other places we previously stayed at had. Rooms are smaller than the advertised photos lead you to believe, so if you are travelling with any form of suitcase in a party of 2+ the room becomes very tight very quickly. The washing machine was good but the dryers do not do their job very well. Even with smaller garments (t-shirts, socks, underwear ect) you have to put the cycle through at least 3 times (gave up after the third drying cycle and let hang in room). Overall, the cons aren’t a deal breaker but for the same price you can go elsewhere for better service, room size, quality of stay, utilities etc. For smaller one or two night stays with minimal luggage this place would be rated better.
The staff were as accommodating as they could be towards foreigners. Location was also decent but there are plenty of other places with similar distance from stations and food.

Taiwan1. only one or two stuff can understand English, it’s difficult to communicate. 2. You must “go out” before 10 for room cleaning. and you can’t go back to your own room before 5 pm, not even just put shopping bags! If you go out after 10, there will no one clean up the trash can or change towels, you need to do these things on your own! 3. the lobby is close from 10am to 5 pm, if you need a cup of coffee, you have to sit at a tiny couch without table. 4. Wi-Fi sucks…… I had a very unpleasant experience in this hotel, and I hope booking. com can help this hotel listing all the rules, so that everyone will have the right choice.
the location is very close to metro station.
