I love this place so much. It is like a small public area that all guests can share a little talk next to each other. And also, it was so impressive to me that the people who were there were all so kind and friendly. If I get the chance to visit Toyama again, I will definitely be there.

The 5pm check in time is far too late, even for Japan. And beware that this means no one is there during the day and place is locked up. So if you want to store your bags, message ahead to get the front door code. I didn’t feel this point was clear enough when I booked

Basic but very homely and the staff are lovely. Had a great night playing games and eating snacks with the staff and guests. Bed was comfy. Tram stop and convenience store across the road.

Tram starts at 6:15 and finish at 23:25, ear plugs might be necessary.

Location easy to reach. Konbini accross the street ! Very friendly owner and staff. Easy communication. The interaction with other travellers, owner and staff was fabulous and this was so far the best place I've stayed at in 2 weeks I hope to be back someday !

We stayed in a very nice spacious private room and we had everything we needed. The common room is super comfy and good to relax and interact with the other guests.

Great place to stay in Toyama. Maybe a tad pricey for a dorm bunk bed, but still nice facilities. They have a HUGE board game collection and tons of manga! It's about a 15-20 minute walk from Toyama station, but not bad.

The atmosphere is just so welcoming! The guys working there are really friendly. The common area is used as a gathering place for young people and you get to talk to locals. They also have plenty of board games you can play with. Thank you!!!

There is a huge collection of board games, I enjoyed playing with people from the hostel but also the regular visitors. Really nice decoration. There is AC in the room, the bed was confortable. There is a washing machine.

Wifi on the 2nd floor(where the rooms are) is very bad

Great people! Sat all night and we played games even if there's some language barrier. Very fun people! Also in checkin the staff gives you 2 tickets of free ride on the tram for each night you stay!

The staff aren't always present. There is only 1 toilet and 1 shower for the hostel but I was lucky as I didn't have to wait at all to use either.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They give 2 free tram tickets for tourists to use when you check in. It was clean everywhere and I was able to leave my luggage there until check in. They provided toiletries and the shower was hot and powerful. The location was great, not far from the train/bus station, shops, restaurants and attractions. There is a tram stop right outside the hostel.

I was welcomed very well by the friendly staff. Rooms are big enough for you to arrange your luggage. After a few nights in Tokyo in tiny spaces I was so happy to find a human-sized hostel. Games, mangas and guitar at disposal. Bathtub and free laundry. Very comfortable bed. Very happy with my (short) stay.
