We were for the second time here, on the 9 th floor, the city view was better. Very comfortable beds and enough space in the room. The breakfast was good enough, especially having access to coffee machine,juices and water all day long.

Loved this property.

Great facilities and service from staff. An easy 10-min walk to Shinagawa station and bus stops are a 1-2 minute walk. The guest access to comp snacks and non-alcoholic drinks at the restaurant from 530-930 pm was an added bonus.

Area is not in the bustle of Tokyo, need to train elsewhere. Rooms small, but think that is standard for Tokyo.

Location for what were needed was good. Nice surprise was the new station across the road. Staff very very helpful and friendly.

Nothing to complain. Great people, great location. Just a note that reception staff should tell everyone that Takanawa Gateway is across the street 😀. Two days we were going to Shinagawa on foot 🤣

Basically, we were satisfied with everything. However, I didn't like that the staff started packing the food even at the time of the official breakfast service, even though there were still many guests sitting in the restaurant.

We used the hotel for our last night before our flight from Tokyo. The hotel was within walking distance of Shinagawa station, which was what we needed. The rooms were relatively large and clean. We really appreciated the option of storing our luggage all day after check out.

It would be a cherry in the cake if complementary drink at lounge served during the evening is extended with more options.

Room was spacious and well organized. It was clean and bed was comfortable. The sofa in front of the window was really useful and well placed. The view was good, place was quiet and restaurants are nearby, within 10 minutes walking distance from Shinagawa. Will stay again when visiting Tokyo.

I wish the room was a bit bigger, especially considering half of the space was taken by the bathroom.

The bed is very comfortable and the check-in time is flexible if you arrive late. The staff is very helpful and kind. The bathroom is more spacious than expected. The breakfast buffet is good quality.

The bed is big enough for 2 children and me. The staff members were very pleasant. The room was very clean, it was small but normal for Tokyo, however it had everything we needed. We could get nice coffee and cold drinks after a long day for free at the lobby, which was a nice touch. The location is amazing, it has direct Keikyu line from Haneda airport, and it has direct metro line going to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku. Can’t fault the hotel, would definitely stay again.

with the ocupency for the room and the volume of guest staying at the hotel, they should work a bit more detail information about trnasport back for guest who check out and wanted to head back to airport like - by bus , train , taxi . i think is more helpfull rather than explain ' you need to find out your self '

Clean room, great facilities, helpful staff, quiet area. Very convenient to be close to Shinagawa/Sengakuji station, they were connected to a lot of major stations and we didn't need to switch trains most of the time.

We had a late evening flight and enquired about having the use of a room after a day out in the city so that we could freshen up. We were told that there would be a charge, which was almost the cost of an additional night just for a few hours. We declined, considering we stayed for six nights!

Friendly staff and free soft drinks, tea and coffee after 5pm. Great after a hot day out in the city, to have refreshments available.
