JapanComfortable beds, also the single room has 140 cm beds. The cleaning daily was very thorough and staff was very friendly. Breakfast is for free, however it's just eggs and some simple bread and yogurt and green tea. So nothing to write home about. Location is really great, as you only need to walk one block until you reach the Daimaru shopping center, which is connected to JR Sapporo station. So it's very good to reach everything from there. Although it has two conbinis very close by, just outside of the exit across the street. AC was functioning, water was hot, everything fine, it's a small room after all.

CanadaFirst day I found a bedside lamp did not work and the room telephone was not functioning. Those problems were, however, fixed promptly once I have told them. I only wish they had found out those problems before I had to tell them. The breakfast was a little disappointment. I had no problem with such a simple menu (European style breakfast), but the bread did not taste as good as in Europe.
While the facility is basic, it is well looked after. Staff are not only friendly but also very helpful. Every time I approached them with questions and requests, they responded with sincerity. I was deeply impressed. Thank you staff!

Medium-sized room with a comfortable and roomy queen-size bed. Long desk by the window, perfect for working or planning. Double-layered windows effectively blocked noise from nearby train tracks. Air purifier in the room helped keep the air fresh. Option to choose preferred pillows from the lobby—a simple but appreciated touch. Breakfast included in the rate, offering a good variety and convenience. Excellent location within walking distance to Daimaru, Stellar Place, and JR Sapporo Station—ideal for exploring the city.
