Clean and functional appartment close to transport and city center.

Beds are on the hard side and it would be nice with some more light. The room feels a bit dark even in daylight and with all light turned on.

Excellent location 5 minutes walk to bus terminal & monorail station

Accessibility to many places & airport

It was close to the monorail station.

There were no staff at the hotel. I had to call the staff and they were extremely unhelpful. I cannot find a taxi to go to the airport and the staff refused to help me book a taxi. The staff also cannot give me further instructions or assistance to find a taxi.

Location was great being next to Naha bus terminal and close to the monorail station. Room was comfortable and spacious for family if 4. Also needed more rubbish bags.

No staff around

Location was really good. Near the train station and surrounded by groceries and restaurants. It was also an advantage being nearby Naha bus station. We took a bus going to Okinawa World without availing any package tour. It was cheaper and time saving.

The triple room was small compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. It is suitable only for one to two nights of stay. We stayed for 5 nights and it was really difficult to move inside the room.

Next to the bus terminal and very near to the monorail. There are eateries next to it. Walking distance to Kodusai street. The bed mattress is firm, and the room is very clean with amenities. Love that there is dryer and washing machine in the room. There is a file neatly contained all the instruction manuels of the electrical appliances and another file with all the important information such as nearest clinic etc. Very thoughtful to have provided such details. The staff are helpful and responsive when we require their help in the middle of the night.

We stayed for a week and wished there were smaller plastic bags to throw food waste for each day. As there isn't any daily room cleaning, there might be a smell. We took extra plastic bags from the supermarket and to tie a knot for each day's plastic bag containing food waste. We also brought our detergent for washing our clothes as it wasn't provided. It is fine with us not providing but wished it was communicated earlier to us and luckily we actually know from reading the reviews.

The hotel location is close to Asahibashi monorail station as well as Naha bus terminal. So it is very convenient for people who do not drive by their own. The room is big and with kitchen and washing and drying machines, so you could easily cook light meals or do laundry without waiting for other people (when using shared washing machine).

It will be better if shower cap could be provided.

Had utensils, washer and dryer available

The check in process is easy to follow room was clean. Location wise is good as it is only about 14min walk to Kokusai Street and near to the monorail station (less than 5min walk)

The only lacking is the restaurant choices around the area. Other than that, everything seems OK

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer in the room was wonderful. Good to know for next time so we can pack less clothes. The stove, microwave, and fridge were also a nice addition to help save on the cost of eating out every meal.

Shower was absolutely great for all of us except one member of our family would have like the water temperature to be a bit hotter. But in all honesty, this might have been user error. :)

Bedd are firm and comfortable. Water pressure good. Place is clean. Walking distance to Asahibashi station. Smooth check-in via machine.

Hooks to hang clothes, towels would be good in bathroom.
