Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. AustraliaRoom was tiny. Barely any space to open two suitcases and bathroom tiny with just enough room to stand and turn. But that’s Japan sometimes with space at a premium.
Breakfast was adequate with good choices. Location perfect 100 metres from Tenmabashi train station which made it convenient. 15 walk to Osaka Castle.

NetherlandsTop location for osaka castle and to public transport. Metro station in one corner and keihan train station in the other corner. Hotel restaurant was not welcoming but there were so many options in the same block to eat well we did not miss eating at the hotel. To improve sound insulation as you hear all noise from the hall the neighbors and the street. They offer ear plugs but too hard foam.

New ZealandSmoking room smelt like every time we left, someone was smoking a full pack of cigarettes before we got back. Also the windows don't open at all, so we couldn't get any fresh air.
Close to a mall and a train station - the staff were wonderful despite their limited english, they made a great effort to make sure we were okay. Its location allowed for easy transport and ease of access to places like Osaka Castle.

JapanThe room is very small, there is no place to stay after the two suitcases are opened, but the living feeling is OK, and there is a disadvantage that there is no elevator in front of the hotel if you have a very heavy and large suitcase , it is actually not recommended to live in here
