The car park is small and if the hotel is fully booked there is a free public carpark 2-3mins walk from Ki Niseko. This wasn't an issue for us but thought it important to highlight.

The second floor room is not high enough for a good view. Others can look inside the room. The breakfast room was a little small for the number of guests there.

The room is spacious and all necessities were provided. Both public and private onsens are great! A wide range of food were available at breakfast.

Superb hotel in Niseko. Beautiful view of Mt. Yotei from hotel room. Feel very cozy during stay. Good quality and various options of buffet breakfast. Good small onsen. Recommended for first time skiers because it’s a ski-in/ ski-out hotel. Really helpful staff. The best hotel for our family in this trip.

Absolutely amazing place. Staff unbelievable. Straight out the door and onto the mountain. View of Mt Yotei was sensational. I spent pretty much 2 days in my room soaking up the snow storm views and the changing light. My best hotel experience in Japan so far. All the staff bring a positive energy into everything they do.Best coffee so far in the cafe. Breakfast was a delight

High quality breakfast every morning . However, after having the exact same breakfast 3 days in a row . It became slightly mundane.

Service was absolutely amazing ! team at ki niseko was professional and did an amazing job in making the stay phenomenal ! I particularly liked the fact that we were picked up at the Hirafu welcome centre upon getting off the chuo bus. I also really appreciated the fact that I could leave my skis with the ski team at the hotel upon finishing my last ski day rather than having to return them to the shop my self. Also , you can store your ski equipment with the team every night and pick them up in the morning. Hotel located a few steps below hirafu ski resort was excellent. Onsen was also class. Enjoyed my stay very much !

we loved our stay at Ki! the private onsen was so great after a day skiing. staff were great and room was large!! only issue we had was the laundry supplies the dryer didn’t really work so it took hours to dry clothes. but we loved the hotel couldn’t fault. would happily stay again and great location right next to the gondola.

Location is perfect to move around without a car. Everyone at the property was so welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Was able to check in early because my room happened to be ready! Also, when I was leaving I had planned on walking to the bus station but they kindly shuttled me to the bus station since the shuttle bus was heading that way anyways. Google maps also had the wrong bus schedule so we made it just in time. Next bus would've been at least two hours later! Amazingly considerate staff, loved the private onsen as well.

The restaurant. The food and ingredient did not meet the expectation when compare to the price. Overall, I found the hotel was clean but there was 1 incident that the group of hairs was found in the towel.

The staffs are nice. The hotel has contacted me in advance of the stay to ask if there is anything they can assist with our trip. This is reallt good for our 1st ime in Niseko. They help arrange with the gear rental, ski course, etc. The location is also good Not far fron the restaurants and they also have the ski valet, which you can ski in and out. The best thing is onsen, both private and public. We enjoyed using the onsen everyday. It is really good that you can relax yourself in the onsen after the long day of ski.

Not that I don’t like the facility, but could provide free milk/youghurt/ice cream in a small lounge near the onsen, for an after onsen treat.

Breakfast options are a bit limited and could use more variety. It would be great to have more dining outlets and a gym among the hotel facilities.

The only negative comment is the furniture in the Ki Dining Room is looking very dated and scuffed.

On arrival by bus from the Kutchan station, we have to alight at the Hirafu Welcome center and walked about 7 min to the hotel. If only there is hotel transport to door step on arrival, It would be great.
