I don't have any special needs yet, so the room I got was a bit embarrassing, reminding me that my cheerfulness and easy mobility would end someday. I would prefer a "normal" room. Otherwise, everything is fine.

This hotel is good in every way and conveniently located. I highly recommend it to everyone, especially to fans of One Piece comics. Otherwise, the hotel has excellent Japanese service, everything is clean. The rooms are in a combined traditional and Western style. There is equipment for people with special needs.

Both the Japanese and western breakfast buffet style offerings are very good. The great pool in the free health club is wonderful.

Hotel is dated but sufficient for short stay. Was given complimentary parking during check-in but then asked to pay for parking when I check out. Not a big deal but I had to walk back from the carpark to settle this issue.

Hotel is old but clean and properly maintained. The beds were comfortable and parking was reasonable at 500yen per night. Location is at quieter part of town which is nice for those who travel with car.

Nice location close to Suizenji Koen and to a tram stop, so it is easy to go downtown by tram. Standard japanese hotel room: clean, convenient, comfortable.

Not close to train station have to take bus or tram about 30 minutes. Hotel don’t provide water, there is only 2 washing machine and 2 dryer in the whole hotel and the dryer dont work well i paid 400yen for 80 minutes of drying and its still abit wet. No food places nearby.

Big comfortable clean room, 700-1500m away got few supermarket. They will provide new set of towels and bathrobe outside ur room even if u dont want housekeeping.

Reception can't speak English which I believe is a requirement for an international hotel. The room cleaning is not adequate, because the space behind the desk was filthy and the usual general comment that Japanese standard double rooms are sooo tiny which applies to our room as well

Close to Suijenzi Garden and an easy tram ride to the castle. Breakfast is excellent

pillows are awful, too soft and absolutely no substance. bed very hard but you get what you pay for.

Good quality simple hotel, clean bed own bathroom with bath and shower good water pressure. TV but no english channels. amazing staff who heated up our microwave meal downstairs as there wasn't a microwave inside the building or room to use.

You could hear music coming from the hallway all night. I am a very light sleeper and I could not sleep with this music playing. I think the speaker was right outside my door and so I could hear it very easily. The music is turned off after a certain time but that was after I wanted to go to bed. I don't think the hallways need music at any time to be pleasant.

The location and facitilites and staff were all nice. I had no problems with the bed, bathroom, WiFi, or parking. Everything was clean and olderly and cleaning time was done very well.

Nothing I disliked about the stay, but I wish I knew about the pool facilities earlier (only learnt about it as I'm writing this review!)

Lots of parking available which meant less stress for my sister and I to find a spot after driving around the Kyushu region. Staff were extremely helpful and kind despite limited English. The room is a little older in style but was still a very comfortable stay. Front desk staff allowed us to store our luggage at the front desk prior to checking in, which was very convenient for us. Rooms and the area were clean, comfortable and quiet. Room cleaning services were excellent. Learnt that there was also a bus stop conveniently location just opposite the hotel!

You're welcomed with a rulebook. Hotel Restaurant is closed at 19h and is only for those with a reservation. So useless for the first night. It just seem ass like a large sc

The only charging outlet in the room is on the desk and there is only space to pug in one thing at a time. AC/heater is a bit broken as everytime I turn it off its flap won't retract properly and makes a loud banging noise. It won't stop until I manually force the flap close.

Good price and good location with a bus stop right outside the hotel. Also the Luffy one piece statue is just a couple minute walk from the hotel.

The customer service was excellent. We had to forward our luggage and ran into issues as our next hotel is self service. The front desk staff helped to resolve the issue despite needing to make calls and figuring out the addresses etc during the peak hour.

Despite the air conditioning is relying on a newer split unit rather than the dated central A/C, it is full of dust and mold in the air grille. The hygiene level is far from acceptable level. It’s lucky that we only stayed for one night.

Room space is adequate.
